Near to the Railway station Very compact room and bathroom. No opening for lights and get airs. Though their staffs come to help to carry luggage else it would be hard to enter the hotel because it is in an alley

The staff were lovely & really helpful. Very near Railway Station. The room and bathroom were very dirty. Toothpaste on mirror, dirty shelves & tiles. I think they only change the sheets between guests. Room was very small & location noisy

Convenient location for accessing the train station, town centre was within walking distance. Bed was comfortable. Strong smell of stale drains in the bathroom, had to keep bathroom door shut and extractor fan running. There was also very little hot water. Manager at check in didn’t understand that registration form C is not required for OCI card holders, required some time and explanation including showing an appropriate article from the gazette to persuade - not had this issue in other hotels in India

being very close to the railway station it served my purpose for a night's break at Varanasi checkin was a breeze unlike some hotels in small towns which do not honor online bookings, this was important for me because it was an unplanned detour on the spur of the moment I broke my train journey as the train was late. the location is not convenient if you want to go to the temple, slightly expensive for my purpose - which was a detour from the planned trip

Hotel inside is very clean, staffs are very good and have a good behaviour. Out side of the hotel is very nasty and unhygienic. Rooms are very small. Toilet is clean but flash are not functioning properly.

It was beyond my expectation. Excellent. Staffs was very helpful.Customer service was exceptional.facility was very clean.Anytime I'm visiting Varanasi again I will certainly be going there
