The same food and curry was served for all the three days we stayed there.There was delay in serving food and services as staff was less It will take atleast half hour to 45 minutes for getting food after ordering. Food and restaurant needs to be improved.

The location is brilliant as it is 400 mts away from Kshi Dham and all main temples so has its own pros and cons . It’s

Courteous staff. Location is excellent. Restaurant was just inaugurated. In fact we were the first customers. Food was excellent though time taken to prepare was a bit long. Overall a pleasant stay. The place was under renovation so there was some noise & tea was not readily available. Also, in one of the rooms fan was not working and in another the exhaust fan was not working. Eventually both were rectified. No major issues faced. The renovation must have been over by now.

The hotel is in a prime area close to the ghats. A relatively new property so the rooms are modern and comfortable for this part of Varanasi. Thumbs up to the Operations Manager who is very helpful and did his utmost to extend my stay. Thumbs up to Mr Sandeep! 1. The property is still under construction so it can be noisy at times. 2. Be careful of the hotel’s staff’s recommendations priests etc since the latters are here to play with the emotions and dupe you of your money.. Be wary of Mahadev Travels & Tours which is around the corner but loots commoners.

Service Staff at the hotel are very helpful, especially Shiv singh and Baldau take care of guests very well. Walkable distance from Viswanath Temple, Dashashwamedh Ghat (Ganga Arti) & Manikarnika Ghat. Comfortable room with a decent size bathroom. I stayed for 3 days at the hotel. Room Cleaning can be done every day without a request.
