Proximity Under construction and renovation, poor staff responsible, waiting at check out and allocated room was not up to the mark. Allocated room had a temperature control not bath room accessories

A very comfortable hotel that felt safe and secure. The food we had in the restaurant in the evenings was delicious. There is currently construction of an addition to the hotel taking place. I could not believe that the room they put us in initially was right next to the building works. We could not open our curtains as work men would have been looking straight in and the air conditioner brought all the dust in from outside making it difficult to breathe. To the hotels credit, on our request they moved us to another room on the other side of the hotel but we should never have been in a position to ask for this in the first place, especially for the price we paid for the room. Breakfast was only average - food could have been fresher.
