A/C and geyser were in working condition. Bathroom was relatively clean. A lot of things here: 1) No mosquito protection/repellent 2) Dirty linen 3) Very less ventilation (only via A/C) 4) Weak bathroom door made of fiber 5) Small cot with thin mattress (person taller than 5'10" will hit the other end of cot) 6) Curtain rod was falling off 7) Faucet was leaking

1. Location. The property was located at a place convenient for the purpose of my visit, which is why I booked this in the first place. 2. The two little boys who take care of the property. I don't think I met anyone like a manager or owner of the property. Everything was done and provided by the two helpful boys. Even though they don't know much about formal hospitality, they were helpful when needed. Overall, the room was appropriate for my last minute need. 1. The room was too small. It didn't have proper ventilation. The only window overlooked the staircase, giving those who use the staircase a full view of the room and no privacy to the occupants. 2. The blankets, towels and toiletries where provided only after I asked. Considering that it is already winter and nightly temperature goes to the late 10s, this does not reflect well. Fortunately, the boys were kind to immediately provide me with the amenities as soon as I asked.

Nothing, allocated the small room but i booked a different room. Also staff always try to get direct payment thay asked me to cancel the booking online Staff charged me the different price and different price to my friend for the same room. they do like this with all customers real price of room is 1000 kenya currency but they charge different prices

Decent pricing and very clean. Stairwell access is too small. Cant climb properly under normal circumstances and if you have a luggage, its more difficult. My room also did not have a hot water geyser installed.

Nice staff and always helpful with whatever you need. Room is also confortable with AC. Every morning they come to clean it. One day they were drilling from the early morning until evening and the whole house was shaking, that wasn’t comfortable for me. They aren’t any nice Cafés or even to buy hot coffee to go near by. You need to go to the Hot Spots of the City, which are around 5 km away.

The rooms were clean and bedsheets and pillows were clean too. Towels smelt good and overall all areas were kept tidy. Rooms were slightly small and compact there was no television in the room. Stairs to.go.up and down were quite narrow too. Not suitable for Wheelchair users.
