The food in restaurant was excellent The room was small, different to the room booked. I had booked a twin bed room but given a double bed. Bathroom was not clean, no toilet tissue, towels were not changed. Noise coming from adjacent room was loud. Lots of auto rickshaw drivers did not know the location.

THE RESTARURANT SERVES QUALITY SIGNATURE FOOD OF CONTINENTAL AND DOMESTIC DISHES IN A CLEAN AND DECENT AMBIENCE. ESPECIALLY, THE COURTEOUSY EXTENDED BY THE STAFF ARE VERY GOOD. THE MANAGMENT SEEMS TO FOCUS MORE ON THE QUALITY OF SERVICE AND COMFORT OF THE CUSTOMERS. NOTHING LIKE THAT

We had trouble with the TV and Wifi working the team spent most of the day in and out of our room trying to fix it. It either shows how keen they are to provide a service to their guests albeit a little inconvenient. The place is clean and tidy. The location is good and the staff were nice. The hotel also took our booking very last minute as we were let down by another hotel, which was very much appreciated. The buffet breakfast isn't worth it, we just ordered parantha and they were good.

Honestly hotel Courtyard Radiance exceeded my expectation. The staff are so warm and welcoming. They are all always on time and do their job well. The hotel has alot of good energies and feels so cozy and comfort. The rooms are super neat and clean as well as spacious. The bed sheets are clean. I spent an entire week there and felt so comfortable and safe. The bathroom is very clean and neat as well. The hotel is being maintained very well and by the time I had to leave the city I felt like I was leaving behind a home so that's how much safe and comfortable I have felt at Radiance Courtyard. Good job guys, thank you for the warmth and taking care of me during my entire stay. Will come back again. keep up the great work

The hotel is good , the rooms are adequate , nice and clean and the AC is good. The property allotted a smoking room as was requested and the MD who happened to be there was very helpful. The breakfast spread is sparse and can be improved considerably and the staff need better training.

Rooms are big and specious, good people Service not good, AC was not working whole night Lots of electricity issues which disturbed sleep whole night Location is far far away from temple and difficult to get auto / any transport easily

The owner was very humble and down to earth. He treated his guests with kindness. The room service was very poor. You need to call them again and again if you need something. Most of the time they forget about any request made.
