Good location, convenient, clean, value for money. Vicinity to Dashashwmedh Ghat and Kashi Vishwnath temple. Slight inconvenience in public transport due to ongoing road closure which is expected to be open before end of 2026

Excellent location Not all but some of the staff members were rude and they can be little more considerate with guests.

Location was amazing. The room was clean, comfortable and had plenty of storage space. The AC worked great and there was hot water for a shower. The bed was comfy clean. The staff were friendly and the room service food was good. All around great stay!

Location is excellent. Behaviour of the staffs are really ?. Veg food are nice. Room space and facility are also excellent. In a word, this hotel is lucrative. I always recommend this hotel as a first choice to stay at Varanasi. Temple, food shop, marketing place are all nearby. Dashaswamedh ghat is only 5 to 7 minutes walk from the hotel. As the main road is under construction , the back entrance of this hotel is a bit dusty and inconvenient. The only and main drawback of this hotel is no cab can park or move just near the hotel entrance. Hotel crews will help you to carry your luggages from Girjaghar crossing to the hotel with smiling face which is just 2 to 3 minutes walk.

Extremely friendly and courteous staff. Even though they do not have a proper restaurant, their kitchen provides very tasty food at very reasonable price. Overall attitude of the staffs were very positive and supportive. It’s walkable distance from Sri Kashi Vishwanath temple and Dasashwameth Ghat as well. A four wheeler cannot reach the property. It’s in a narrow street that could be crowded as well

We visited during the peak rush at Varanasi during Maha Kumbh period. The staff was exceptionally good, Since vehicle movement was restricted near the Hotel, the hotel staff help us to pick up our luggage just on a phone call. During the stay also the staff was very polite and helpful. However the Kitchen was available during a limited time. Its located near Vishwanath dham, so a very good location for any one who would like to visit the Vishwanath dham templ. Will definately visit again. Nothing in particular but the availability of room service ( food ) whole day would have added to our satisfaction

Except the receptionist and cleaning guy rest all were so rude. Owner of the hotel was so arrogant and non-sense. Even if after paying 32K for my stay they have pressurized me to change the room for 6-7 hr. prior my check-out. I have requested them that i would like to continue with the same room but particularly, owner of the Hotel (Mr. Gupta is a aged guy) who threated me that he will call the police if i don't shift to other room which was over-priced + not up to the mark. It was a worst choice. I will never suggest this hotel to any female solo traveler. Nothing

Excellent accomodation right where all the action is. Walking distance to all main attractions, good rooms and very helpful staff. Highly recommend, especially if you're a foreigner and not sure where to stay in the bustling city of Varanasi... Amazing street food opposite the entry road.
