All food was very good, excellent breakfast with a coffee on request. Very comfortable bed and clean room. Hotel location is on the main road, easy to find.... Recommend to grow more big trees on the parking area to have shade cover in summer and more green area.

The staff was excellent, very accommodating with an early check in and arranging for a taxi pickup for us the next morning. The breakfast was okay and the location to the Villa Panza art museum was very good. The hotel, was located on a busy street so it was not quiet.

Good location, Nice property with charming architecture but with old windows (we were at 2nd floor) with almost no insulation, so hard to sleep when you have a busy street just nearby. Other than that all fine, good breakfast and restaurant. Feeling a bit dated, windows that need to be replaced to make it more comfortable (too much street noise) as well as an update on AC (old and noisy equipment )

Good location for driving through the area for a quick overnight stay. Breakfast was in a lovely restaurant with good coffee and selection. 3-person room. Free parking, walkable to small city center. One pillow per person, and hard as rocks. Stuffy room, auto fan/AC was not available. Loud hallways and side room/bed shook each time a large vehicle went by.

I really liked how the staff are too welcoming and positive towards the client. They offer the best quality service as much as they can. The rooms are comfortable and you have almost everything you need for your stay. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. Each day the room gets cleaned perfectly. I was well-informed about how the things go on. The room having a mutual door with another room next to it, feeling like you stay with that person.

Hotel location and surroundings. Equipment in the room. Parking space. There is no hotel staff in the hotel in the evening hours. The QR code for the entrance door for late check in was not sent. Breafast could be better.

A quiet hotel a little outside of the center of Varese. Room included a mini fridge and was comfortable for two people. The building and garden is very beautiful, and has parking space available which was a big plus. Overall satisfied.
