Small family B&B hotel, located close to Parco di Villa Toeplitz. Large and spacious rooms, daily cleaning. Friendly and charming owner. Free parking in the hotel courtyard. Not very comfortable beds (in my opinion).

We loved the character of the Villa Adriana, including the living area downstairs and the breakfast room overlooking the garden. We also loved the location of the Villa; able to walk to dinner in the evening, and just a short drive to explore Sacra Monte.

Talking to the nice and friendly owners about the history of the house. Size of the suite room with large terrace and huge bathroom. House from the 1930s, changed in the 1980s with some investments, making it quite an interesting mix. Shower not fully cleaned with hair left behind from prior guests. A few details needing a repair but in an old house that is nothing unusual.

Another lovely old house redone with modern bathrooms. We were given a large suite so we would be away from the noise of a larger group staying below. It was thoughtful. A nice host.

Stayed in junior suite which was perfectly adequate for our stay of 3 adults. Room included a pleasant balcony for relaxing. Breakfast was a little basic.

A Room downstairs was big with a kitchen. Big enough we can put 2 bike boxes and 2 luggages. Having kitchen with stive, microwave is convenient to make a small meal and coffee and tea. Location is convenient quiet and a restaurant nearby in a walking distance that open till late. The villa is between town and the Sacre Monte you can drive or take a bus very convenient. Owners are nice and made us feels welcome. Breakfast is continental breakfast was good. Nothing.

The house was great! It was in style of art nouveau, which made it a special experience. The host was nice and everything was prepared well. Road noise was not that loud, and the beds were good. The only thing that would have made it better was airco, because it was really hot.
