I liked the location, in a quiet street at a stone's throw from the city centre. It was a bit difficult to find just because it's on a first floor and there's no photos of the building entrance on the Booking site

The free snacks and breakfast! They provide everything from sugar, milk, coffee capsules and some sweet snacks. We also love the private rooms with private bathrooms in a rental shared apartment. The shower worked perfectly, even though the pillows are too high for me but they have spare ones in the closet. It’s 10-15 mins walking distance from the center and train station. Good and quiet location for a few nights stay. Some people could be really lacking in self awareness. Not the owner’s fault. But this is a shared apartment and you shouldn’t be singing drunkenly in the communal kitchen from 3 until 5 in the morning. If you want to be ignorant at least have some money to back it up and rent your own private hotel room. Note for the management, maybe you should put up a sign in the communal spaces for the warning of quiet hours.

clean, comfortable, location very good. the owner was speaking english a bit which was very helpful! breakfast is pretty nice, there were croissants, tarts, coffee, juice etc. a bit noisy during the night because the location in close to the street

The 3 things that make a property for me are Location, comfortable bed and good shower. This accommodation provided all 3 of those. Only a steady 10 min stroll into the centre. The breakfast was sufficient. The apartment building is nice and is very well lit. The property isn’t signed from the outside so not easily identifiable.

It's very near to the train station and I love to stay in Rifugio degli Artisti it's so quiet place and I can relax very well. I like everything there service

The room was nice, good bathroom and TV. Best part is they gave us things to have breakfast and the host Cosimo was very attentive and kind. The mattress was memory foam. It was comfortable but a little weird because I'm not used to it.

The host was very friendly and helpful. We stayed there as a half way stop for our camping trip. Our only concern was leaving the car with all our camping gear in the city. But the host offered us to park our car in a (small) garage box beneath the property which felt very reassuring! The room was simple but clean and effective and with a very nice bathroom and shower. The pillows of the bed were a bit too thick and hard. But the next morning we found other pillows in the closet. So that was a little our own fault. And like others said the place is a bit noisy but that is to be expected of an apartment inside the city center. Overall we had a very pleasant stay!
