Very clean property and friendly and helpful staff. Eleonora stayed in close touch for my arrival and was there to greet me, even though my train was delayed. She also helped when my plans unavoidably changed. The location could not be better for visiting La Reggia di Venaria Reale.

Location was unique. Right in front of the Royal Palace, with most of the restaurants were within a short walk. The restaurants was unfortunately closed, but the breakfast was impeccable. The rooms upstairs were comfortable, but they need an update to be at the same level of the rest of the establishment.
