Nothing ☹️ This property hasn’t been updated in years. Got very sick while I was there because I have upper respiratory issues and the mildew affected my health. Our view from our room was supposed to be of a courtyard. Our view was from the garbage from the whole village.

Great location in the centre of Vence. Close to restaurant the Neo sud just at 1 minute. Just cross the road to the street market twice a week. Close to many shops, artisant, bar the old town of Vence. Missing coffee/ tea in the room. Besides that, all great.

The location was absolutely perfect! It looks onto the main square and backs up to the old town. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops are literally within steps of the entry to the hotel. Touristy, but feels more like French tourists without all the "tourist traps" of St Paul de Vence. The area is extremely walkable and the gate to old town was right out our window. Lots of people, but no sound in our room! We took the bus from Nice and then walked to the hotel from the bus stop, about 7 minutes. This is a great place to base day trips from on the bus, as well. New town is very close to the bus stop and there are grocery stores there. Common area has a refrigerator shared with other guests (we had no issues with this). There is a microwave as well. If reception is closed or you lock yourself out of your room, the bar next door can help you. Stairs as soon as you open the door! Could be problematic for some! Once you ascend to the first floor, there is a lift. The shower is absolutely TINY as is mentioned in other reviews!

Location in the centre of the town. As we arrived late we had to get our key from the restaurant next door. The staff were very friendly and helpful and recommended a restaurant to us as there’s was full. We had a very inexpensive meal which was excellent on their recommendation Parking was in an underground car park and took a while to find a space.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is central but not loud.

Stayed here before. Excellent location. Modest room, but truly value for money. The (very) nearby underground parking is reasonably priced for overnight. Nothing.

It’s a fairly simple basic hotel, does breakfast, but we didn’t take that as surrounded by lovely cafes, bakeries etc. Right in the middle of town, lovely helpful staff, clean functional rooms, without much in the way of frills. Very happy stay Better Wi-Fi
