Cute area, amd quiet. But close to walk to any sites.

Delightful! A family run boutique hotel with quaint courtyards. The family were beautiful people that very much embraced us and helped make Venice magical. It's a very short walk from the busses, taxis and trains (they are all in one location). Yet, it feels like that modern world is hundreds of miles, and hundreds of years, away when at the property. What stunned us was NO noise from vehicles! Just silence broken by birds in the morning. The room was clean, and comfy, with plenty of storage and space for luggage. Absolutely nothing!

The room was lovely and the hosts were really great and helpful the whole time. They have complementary liquor, coffee, and snacks. They were very helpful with storing our luggage and gave us good recommendations of places to go. They had lovely cats that were very friendly. The room only has a bathtub and no shower so that is something to be aware of while staying here. The room was a little cluttered with decor but it still had it's charm.

This boutique B&B is in the quieter area of Venice, but only 15-30 min walk to most popular sites. The room had a nice aesthetic. Shower temperature and pressure was great. Good WiFi. Has air-conditioning. The windows didn’t have curtains to block out the morning light, but I believe there are window shades outside (which we didn’t know). We were out most of the day so can’t really comment on anything else. Overall, great stay for the price.

Excellent location and quiet. The apartment is cute and cosy, with Venetian style. The host is super kind and helpful, I totally recommend it. Perhaps due to the carpet, I have allergy (sneezed, blocked nose) but it’s my thing. The bottom part of the bathroom window, which isn't covered fully, makes me a little worried about privacy.

The property was very close to everything. We felt like locals. Nice Venetian home. None

This is a small hotel. It is an ideal location close to Piazza Roma square which is where you get the airport bus. If you don’t want a chain hotel then this is perfect. The facility is spotless, quiet, comfortable and has a small open terrace.

Location is wonderful, 10 minute walk from where the taxi/bus leaves you, and it's almost the heart of the city. They got cool shutters on windows that block the light and sounds from the street. It helps if you are a night owl, and Venice actually is great for late night walks

Very cozy and charming space with a lovely inner yard. We had a great time staying at the angels room. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

We felt very welcomed and comfortable. They were very attentive to our small dog. Nick was a delight, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, sweet place in the heart of Venice. They were very flexible and offering us breakfast dishes and silverware when patio dining despite us having special dietary needs that required us to bring our own food. Our room was quite lovely and had lots of sweet decorations, however, with two quite large suitcases, we felt slightly cramped. that being said, they did offer us a larger room that we turned down.

The breakfast was great! Many choices to choose from. The owners treat guests like they are part of their family. Felt very comfortable.

Close to bus station but in a quiet area. Pretty old mini- palazzo. Delightful hostess. Not applicable

Such a lovely place in the heart of Venice! The team was super nice and helpful and the place is so beautiful and peaceful. We will definitely come back should we visit the city again.

Excellent location, 12 minute walk from the train station and 16 to Rialto the center of Venice.

We stayed here twice because it was so cozy and affordable, the rooms are absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect. The hosts are super kind and helpful, as well. 10/10

The manager of the b and b was so helpful and even gave us directions on how to take the train to Milan, which stop to change trains at, and bought our tickets with us. Very cosy and lovely stay and will be staying again

Very easy to find from the bus terminal. Easy walk. We were greeted very warmly and shown our room and all the hotel had to offer. Windows opened with ease. Nice views out to sides of the room. Great courtyard and rooftop hangout spots! It was a bit tight for our luggage, but we made it work.

Magnificent hostess, wonderful secluded space, but still a quick walk to everything
