Everything was as the photo suggested, a lot of places looks deceive, but not this place I would stay again for Sure. Nothing except the shower nothing separating the tub shower and the floor

The hotel was very quiet, comfortable, and safe. The location along the canal was beautiful. Check-in via the nearby Leone Hotel was quick and easy and staff was very friendly. Air conditioning worked well during extremely high outside temperatures. Accessing the property via walking from the train or bus station requires crossing the large Guglie Bridge that could be difficult for some individuals, especially with luggage.

Nothing

Great location, very close to boat and train station, interior is beautiful, staff was really nice and let us check out 1 hr later which was really convenient, room was very clean Really small room but I guess it’s normal for Venice

Nothing special, not so bad. Staff are nice and helpful. We chose this place mostly due to it’s the best price we could get The shower’s drain was constantly blocked. And there were stains on the pillow. TV only contains Italian channels
-
It was a bit expensive for what it was. That might just be the case in Venice but we stayed in nicer places for much less in other Italian towns. Also the picture shows a canal view and we paid the more of two price options thinking we would get the view but we did not

We were disappointed to discover that the air conditioning is not working. Fortunately, we were able to control the heat by opening the windows. Also, we were unable to find any English speaking TV. Taking a shower in the tub with no shower curtain proved difficult at best.

We had a great one-night stay with a spacious room, a beautiful canal view, comfortable bed, excellent Wi-Fi, and very friendly reception staff. We didn’t like that the room was set to a very high temperature (27°C) upon arrival and was difficult to adjust, so we had to turn off the heat and open a window to cool down; additionally, the layered carpeting on the stairs made going up and down a bit difficult.

Beautiful little hotel in a perfect location on the water! Close to everything but not too chaotic. The room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay again.

Nice, clean and comfortable room, also great location next to the channel and a boat stop.

Where do I ever start, the location PERFECT! Away from all the fuss, delicious restaurants seconds away. The room was absolutely gorgeous and the view WOW. Easy to find, friendly staff. Close to the train station.

We loved everything, the property is clean and nice, staff is very friendly and helpful, the only issue is small narrow

The location was perfect and the service was awesome. Staff were friendly

No shower, just a bathtub. Old decor. Not knowing until after reserved that the reception/lobby was not at this hotel but another one was not convenient.
-
A little more expensive compared to the rest of our other stays, but this could also just be a Venice thing.

This location is fantastic — off of the grand camel, but not on the grand hotel! It’s in a quiet area. The rooms are very small (expected) a bit run down, although clean and comfortable.

Had to check in at another hotel and it was a bit on the pricey side
