We booked this hotel knowing it was more on the budget-side and we were bringing our dog. We were satisfied with the room - it had working air conditioning, was clean, and generally met our expectations. It's like a 5 min walk from the train station - which was SO convenient with our luggage and pet. We brought our dog and there were no extra fees and there was no hassle or weirdness about having him with us. This place has few extra amenities and I WOULD have given it a higher score had it not been for the wifi that kept cutting out. The wifi worked about half the time we were there. I had some work to do - so that was a bit frustrating for me because I had to hotspot many times because it would cut in and out. There is no kettle provided, so making coffee was not possible and their coffee machine on site did not work. It's odd that they didn't bother putting a "broken" sign on the machine - it was down the whole time we stayed.

Location was perfect! Four minute walk to the train station & close to the amenities and action. Front counter staff were excellent. Breakfast staff were not pleasant or helpful. There were minimal eggs/pancakes if any. Water temperature was all over the place.

Too many beds on in my room. Travelling alone having four (!) beds i a small room is just too much. There is probably a good reason, but all in all not needed.

Great location! Everything was good. It may not be a luxury hotel but it had all the basics and our stay was comfortable. Nothing really.

Great hotel, excellent location. A big shout out to Augustino at the front desk who was charming and helpful ! All of the front desk people were friendly . The location is close to restaurants , artisanal gelato ( the best) and walking to San Marco is 15 min . The rooms are comfortable and not too cramped, we have stayed in smaller, so this was ok. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The lobby area with color coordinated sofas and walls is lovely. Nothing really. Maybe just some stairs to climb to the lobby with suitcases

Very centrally located if you looking for a place in the center and near the station. Was a little old

Wonderful location, near St Lucia station and close to the ferry to the airport. Everything was really good - smallish room but all services, overlooked a courtyard

The location No elevator (it was stated on listing that it had one) we had to carry our luggage down approximately 20 steps with no assistance from staff as we were put into a separate building away from the main hotel.
