It was a convenient place to stay for one in relation to downtown Venice Beach. It was safe and clean. The sheets were super rough and the pillows too soft.

Clean up to date rooms, had everything we needed and even a few extra little touches that made it convenient. Including body wash shampoo conditioner, a couch and little kitchenette. I would stay again especially for the fair price giving it’s convenience of location

No ice at all.no ice trays. Not helpful with how to get ice. Floors were FILTHY. had to wash my feet after showering to get in the bed. Used towels on the floor. Rundown facilities. Paint off the wall in the room. Need lamps in the room.

I showed up there at five o'clock in the morning wanting to get into the room i just worked all day and then drove an hour away to go to my hotel there.I paid for the whole day that would not let me until three o'clock in the afternoon. Management was very rude and told me and my husband to go to the beach and come back at three o'clock. So we came back at four p m in the afternoon went to the beach.Exhausted all day. When we got back, we were itching the whole time from the sheets, and then we found out there was bed bugs before in the same room 202. From other reviews there. Well that explains a lot why it was so cheap

Throwback back to my motel days. Friendly staff, rooms cleaned daily (unlike some recent chain hotel stays), convenient to restaurants, shopping and beaches. New go to stay for shark tooth hunting at Caspersen.
