Clean and great location. Good Breakfast too! Room was away from the lobby. No interesting views from the windows.

Por onde começar? Este estabelecimento está muito longe do padrão esperado de um hotel 4 estrelas. Não há serviço de quarto, não há funcionários disponíveis durante a noite para resolver problemas, não existe restaurante no local e, de modo geral, a estrutura e os serviços oferecidos não correspondem à categoria anunciada. O principal problema, porém, foi o atendimento. Durante nossa estadia, o ar-condicionado do quarto parou de funcionar durante a noite. Ao procurar ajuda na recepção, fomos atendidos pelo funcionário Mateo, que foi extremamente grosseiro e pouco profissional. Em vez de tentar encontrar uma solução ou demonstrar qualquer preocupação com o problema, limitou-se a dizer que não podia fazer nada. Posteriormente descobrimos que se tratava de uma falha geral no sistema do hotel, mas, mesmo assim, não nos foi oferecida a troca de quarto, apesar de haver quartos disponíveis para reserva no Booking naquele momento. Quando questionei o que aconteceria caso eu reservasse e pagasse outro quarto, a resposta dele, sem sequer olhar para mim, foi: “Eu mandaria você procurar outro hotel.” Foi, sem dúvida, o pior atendimento que já recebi em um hotel. A situação piorou quando solicitei uma declaração simples para registrar uma reclamação junto ao Booking. Após muita insistência, o mesmo funcionário demonstrou total má vontade, chegando a questionar se eu achava que ele mentiria caso o Booking entrasse em contato. No final, escreveu uma carta de forma totalmente displicente e a assinou apenas porque insistimos bastante. O fato de não haver ninguém disponível para reparar o ar-condicionado durante a noite e a completa falta de preocupação com o conforto dos hóspedes tornaram a experiência extremamente desagradável. O atendimento foi tão ruim que decidimos trocar de hotel antes do fim da estadia, sem qualquer reembolso. Não recomendo este hotel. Existem opções muito melhores na região, com atendimento profissional e estrutura compatível com a categoria anunciada.

Interestingly enough we had just come from a stay in Zurich where we did not like our hotel room. The Bisanzio proved to be a relief

There wasn't much I didn't like would have liked there to be a bigger coffee pot.

The neighborhood is a great Venice location. The desk is by Angels room was perfectly OK, for that price, and how late I was reserving.

Location! Breakfast without vegetables and no fish

The location was excellent. The breakfast that was paid for was very good and reasonable.. Machine made cappuccino, many different coffees . Fruit at breakfast was also very good, the tangerines and cantelope were excellent. Room with AC was very good also.

They didn't accommodate us in the hotel, they took us to another building and gave us a room there. In fact, you could say we weren't staying in a hotel, we were staying in an apartment.

Very helpful staff great location

Stayed a week, and it exceeded my expectations. Luxurious but not stuffy. The neighborhood is cozy even though you're close to Riva and the San Zaccaria vaporetto stop, and the lobby is inviting, as is the staff. The bathroom in our room was maybe the best I've ever encountered after decades of travel, no gimmicks, just spacious and everything works, no water on the floor in the wrong places.

Gorgeous building with a helpful staff. Our room had a terrace so we got to sit out and watch the sunset at night without navigating the crowds. Their breakfast was also very nice and they have a lovely little back courtyard where you can enjoy it. Like all things in Venice it takes some doing to get there. It is very close to one of the regional water taxi terminals, so on our way out it was super easy but getting there took some transfers.

The location was perfect! Enjoyed the breakfast each morning.

Even though we booked larger rooms to accommodate a family of 4, rooms/bed set up was very cramped.

Great location with everything around you and the water taxi station san Zacharia is right opposite the hotel. This stop can take you to all the popular destinations Burano, Murano and Turcello. Hotel rooms was nice and clean and staff were really friendly would highly recommend. This area is san Marco. Catch a private water taxi from airport of train staion to this hotel for the best experience. Could do with a kettle and iron in the room.
