Great breakfast and service! Bikes were available for free. Would highly recommend this place ! Nothing actually
-
Exquisit interior in a wonderful old villa. Friendly welcome and great breakfast. Highlight was our own little terrace and of cause the tower that gave phantastic views of Venice. The little garden was really nice and the whole villa was like a step back in time. To None

Beautiful location in Lido. Much nicer feel than the tourist packed Venice. Wonderful breakfast! Great ferry ride over (with car)! Just don’t forget to buy your 24 hour ticket before the ferry! Would definitely recommend this beautiful property! Nothing

The breakfasts were excellent with many delicious pastries and tarts homemade and a lovely garden to enjoy breakfast or anytime during our stay. They also have great cappuccino and wine and guests can go on rooftop for wonderful view of Lido and Venice. The staff were very nice and helpful with Vaporetto information. Close enough to vaporetto but on a nice residential street. Room was small but bed was great and elegant decor. No elevators and we had heavy luggage but Marco will help take it up the stairs.

They didn’t have lift and should carry all luggage with your hand to upstairs, room was small with small size bed , shower area was very small and don’t count on breakfast.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had a rental car and were able to park it inside with no problem. The grounds are beautiful and they have a rooftop area that is nice to watch sunsets from and view the city. The shower is super tiny; you can barely fit in it, and I’m a small person. And the blow dryer looks like something from ancient times, almost like a vacuum cleaner. It was very hard to blow dry my hair; almost impossible.

The roof terrace Cold shower when we left early in the morning

The location on the lido was great, 5 minutes walk from the waterbus terminal and close to shops & restaurants. Customer service at this hotel couldn't be better. All staff polite, accommodating & happy.

A beautiful early-twentieth-century villa converted into a hotel. Ten minute walk from the Lido SME vaporetti stops. My room was large, bright, and spotlessly clean. Lovely big windows and air conditioning worked a treat. Breakfast was continental and ample - including home-made pastries which changed daily! I loved this hotel because it was an oasis of calm out of the mayhem of the centre of Venice. A 20 minute trip across the bay on Vaporetto route '1' (day or night) and you are right back in the heart of San Marco. N/A

That it had 2 smaller mattresses instead of 1 big one as a king sized bed

We had a very pleasant stay. Everything was wonderful the breakfast, cleanliness and the neighborhood it is located
-
Breakfasts were amazing, stuff very friendly and helpful, location quite good, a little far away from Venice but good transportation It was very cold and the ac wasn’t making a big difference. Also there was a little unpleasant smell in the room, the shower was way too small and there was no duvet covers on the blanket
-
The decor was beautiful and the breakfast tasty There was construction in front of the building starting very early. Obviously no fault of the hotel but made the mornings very noisy

Very good
