Everyone was friendly, and the breakfast was great!

Great central location, clean, quiet. Staff were polite and helped us take our luggage up one flight of stairs to the main elevator. The air-conditioner was my favorite part. Nothing!

It’s very close to a port so we can take the water taxi from the train station and even straight to the airport. The room was very small.

Very easy to get to hotel by the public water taxi. No stairs or rough terrain to drag luggage thru -very easy to maneuver. Location was good and if you like to shop at high end stores it is a perfect spot. They were a 1 minute walk from hotel. Can’t think of anything

Great location. The mattress was very firm for my liking. Breakfast options limited. Omelette, bacon, yogurt, cheese, ham, tomatoes. $15 per person. Convenient if in the hurry but nothing special.

the room had big red hearts and writing not to my taste over the bed, plus there was a mirror in the ceiling above the bed. Asked reception if this was the case in all rooms, and I do not think so. Will come back but definitely will ask for a differently styled room.

This hotel was very accommodating and comfortable. Our room was small but perfect for our 2 night sta. Bed was cosy and the water pressure and shower experience was excellent. Loved that we could leave our room key with the desk so we would risk losing it Expensive 2 night stay, but that’s Venice I guess!

It was a two minute walk from Giglio drop. The room was beautiful. The staff was very friendly. All the conveniences that you may need. Only a few minutes walk from the designer stores and food.

Excellent location! Staff was great and very helpful. LOVED the hotel bar and bartenders Giuseppe and Ray! Would highly recommend the hotel for your stay in Venice. Just had to walk luggage up to first floor but bellman was available to help.
