Great communication. Air conditioning felt great. Clean and safe!

Absolutely perfect. From start to finish. Communication from the staff was brilliant, the courtyard was so cute, room was a great size everything was clean, the breakfast was lovely, additional facilities were great. Honestly couldn’t have done more for us. Snacks and coffee facilities 24/7 Nothing, it was better than expected.

It's in a very good location, near lots of good restaurants and in the heart of the city. Very clean rooms. Breakfast didn't have much variation but it was in very good quality and very delicious. The lady who was in charge was super nice and helpful. I didn't have hot water at night for the shower!

The property is a gem! Our room was perfect, very clean and comfortable with a welcome bottle of prosecco when we arrived. The hosts were so very charming and lovely. We enjoyed a delicious meal everyday while sitting in the courtyard listening to the quiet sounds of early morning Venice. We loved our days in the magical Venezia and definitely a highlight was the Corte Del Doge di Rialto. We did not have more time there.

The location is right in the heart of it all, within the winding side alleys of Venice. The location was very desirable, but the property itself was well secluded through two sets of doors and an internal garden area, so there were no people just walking by… that made it perfect. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless and exceptionally clean, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect. The breakfast was excellent . A special thank you to Matteo, who was an outstanding host throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to take care of all our needs and requests, always with a friendly attitude and genuine hospitality. His attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction truly made our experience even more memorable.

It is cozy , reasonable close to everything of tourist interest and very confortable. Room was on the smaller end.

Great location Would have liked black out curtains in bathroom as I felt that when the light was on at night you could be seen from the neighbouring property.

The room was very clean and quiet and the host was very helpful and responsive when we got lost trying to find the place. Breakfast was simple but with good variety. Location right in the middle of Venice so easy to access everywhere. The mattress was a little firmer than I prefer, but otherwise no complaints!

Beds were a little on the hard side
