Hotel Central Veracruz

Very comfortable, firm beds. Good food at restaurant. Wornout feeling as you walk into the room. For one night it was ok if you can't find anything else.

We arrived earlier than the check in time, but the staff was very helpful to try and give us a room to change because we had a wedding on this day. Once the rest of the staff arrived, they started working on an empty room, by the time we were done eating they were giving us the keys! Thank you very much!!! We really appreciated it.

That was very clean and the service was excellent

Location across from the central bus station was a positive for arrivals but a negative for noise and crowds. Room large and comfortable. Noise and crowds due to the constant arrival and departure of busses. More expensive than similar hotels.

Old but clean

Location, prices and conditions. Maybe a bit of smell from the drainage but I know it is something in Veracruz center.

I didn't like the restroom was so hot because the window was busted and couldn't close it up to keep room cool. I had to keep the restroom door closed.

The hotel is located just in front of the coach station, not even a minute walk away. Average breakfast. During my stay, I have been beaten by bed bugs all over my body. It took several days to recover from it. Other negative points include: noisy room, due to noise in the corridors of the hotel, old towels and bed linen, poor quality showers, which wets the whole bathroom. Moreover, the pictures in the add show the furniture in the room more modern than they actually are.

The restaurant The room was to small and the bathroom was dirty. The toilet had poop in the exterior and was necessary to ask to be cleaned.

I don’t like the facilities and the noise in the night.

Everything else. Food was bad. Rooms were very old. Beds were hard and pillows not comfortable.

Location price and friendly and helpful staff

It's quite noisy, but expected considering how close it is to the bus station. The nearby area itself has nothing to visit.

The location was across from the bus terminal which made it easy to travel with our luggage. It was also located in a busy spot so there were a lot of food options including the 24/7 restaurant/cafe within the hotel. The room we chose had air conditioning and there were water jugs on each floor that you could drink from. There appeared to be only 1 small elevator which was slow as it serviced all floors. The hotel is located on the corner of a busy street so it can be loud depending on where your room is located. The service at the cafe was okay but it took a long time for us to get the check and longer to pay.

room had a nice big bathroom & ac. no microwave or fridge. also there’s no late check out available.
