Property is good. The City of Veracruz in this area could stand a litter clean up.

The location was good, a block from the bus station. The restaurans in the area were good and reasonable priced. I put a " Do Not Disturb " sign on my door and they came in and moved my stuff around which I complaint about. The Humidity was terrible had to take multiple showers and change of shirts.

The front desk staff were nice and helpful. Off street secured parking. Their bar soap smelled nice. Bed was very hard. The man in the parking lot was rude and in the way of parking. You could hear people in the hallway all night long.

Very near to the ADO station. 15 minutes walk to the Zocalo and Harbor area. Hotel is clean, staff is nice and helpful Not the fault of the hotel. But there is nothing to do in Veracruz. It’s quite boring.

air condition, location, elevator, friendly staff, tv with netflix, etc. (better if u have roku app), huge bed, big shower, liked the food options surrounding the hotel at night (try esquites near cafe central ;)) we had other visitors that were quite loud at night

nada wifi wasn’t working all evening and night, bad was very uncomfortable, receptionist is never smiling, unfriendly.

The location of the hotel was very close to the ADO bus station. Close to many places to eat and street food. The hotel and room exceeded my expectations and was a great value. A bit of a walk to many of the main tourist spots.

Everything. Nice staff, large comfortable room, good facilities, great location. Affordable price! The room rate doubles over the weekend, but this is standard in Veracruz! Very cheap to stay during the week!

Under promised and over delivered... I was surprised to find really cool AC, really hot water, and Roku. The rooms were sound proofed from the street noise. Renovated room. The lady who greeted me had a lot of character and a sense of humor.... I think:) Closet space was not renovated and I did not go near it due to a smell.

Location clean and safe environment One of the showers didn’t have one of the shower door or curtain and water spill out.
