The towels were wrapped on a rack above the toilet. The towels unwrapped falling in the toilet. I asked for towels and they never brought them, besides when o asked they said I can only give you one more because you were 3 people and 2 towels were already in the room, when I explained what happened, they said they will make an exception, but the towels never made it to the room. ?

Room was dirty, trash was sitting on the parking lot, beds and pillows were hard, and windows did not have locks either the safe was working.

Staff let me check in very early in the morning, which was very helpful. The location was right by the bus station.

This is perfect for a one night stay if you are catching the bus next morning and you want to be close to Veracruz downtown. The place is what it is! The towels and the pillows could be changed. The towels looked ancient and the pillows were too uncomfortable.
