Location was close to the Beach road. Advertising indicated a suite. It was just a room with a bathroom. Wall AC was loud. There was a separate dehumidifyer which was also loud. Together annoying to unbearable. Internet in room was effectively non-existent it was so slow. The internet had many "seaturtle" options but only one responded to password. There was an network extender in the room which did not work.

This is an old school florida inn. Though dated its Charming, with nice pool and beautiful grounds, lovely office staff. Kitchen was well stocked, looks like new dishes. In general was very clean but can't hide the age, esp the floors. The screen porch in #11 was unfortunately soggy from the very old AC window unit in the adjoining bedroom. Location is great, on quiet very nice street close to restaurants and the beach. We had no issues parking.

The property was in a great location. The rooms were clean and comfortable for the most part. The pool was clean and refreshing. When you walk in the room there was a strong musty mildew smell. I guess you get used to it after being in there a while, but was greeted with the smell every time you returned to the room after being away. The worst part is, now that we are home, the smell is in everything… clothes, bags , anything we had in the room. It’s going to be a challenge to get this smell out of all of our things. And, a side note the bathroom window did not have a curtain.

Location is perfect…2 small blocks away from shore and everything walkable. Casey’s restaurant is next door giving Keys vibes Pull out bed was a bit old and worn

Beautiful grounds. Comfortable bed, clean, polite staff. Price was very affordable for being so close to beach! Parking was limited.

Friendly staff.Location with plenty of parking. Air conditioner was weak. No wash clothes till we asked for them.

I was not expecting high end accommodations, just a clean cool place to sleep for a night. The exterior grounds are nice with seating areas, lush plantings, and fountains. The room was very musty smelling, and the air conditioner could not keep the room cool.

The house keep never asked if we needed anything we had to ask the whole time we were there 4day 3 nights . For 3 woman There was no dresser in the room it was just a small closet. Really nowhere to put your toiletries in the .bathroom either. the sofa bed was horrible to sleep on and it was very dirty and the bed was very uncomfortable and very noisy. Saturday evening me and one of the girls was in the pool about 9PM and these 2 young boys were on the roof and jumped in the pool and ran out the gate it scared us We immediately got out of the pool and went back into the room wasn't expecting that.

The parking was not great even though you have to provide information about your car. Had a hard time finding a spot when we came back from late dinner
