The room appeared clean; just don’t look too closely. We had to get down on the carpet to look for an earring and it seems they only clean where you can see. They don’t do any underneath cleaning where you may not see it if you look down. The trundle bed mattress was disgusting full of crumbs and dirt, I guess from people sitting on the couch and it never gets opened or cleaned. We didn’t use it. My granddaughter slept on the couch we made into a bed for her. I put the do not disturb sign on the door handle when we left the room, we were only there two nights one full day. I didn’t want the room touched. When we came back, we saw that the maid came in the room, emptied the trash, took the towels, even though they were hanging up, which they weren’t supposed to do. We were happy to reuse them. But no one should’ve come in with that sign on the door handle. The property looks really nice on the surface, outside and the lobby. Breakfast was ok. My grandson used the fitness area, said it was OK. We did not use the pool.

The staff is great. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming, AC is cold, beds are comfy, breakfast is great except would like to see some fresh fruit options. The water has an odd smell. On occasion when they’d mop it smelled like urine which made me wonder if they were using the same mops in the public bathrooms and in the lobby.

Staff friendly and helpful. Large room, toilet & shower separate. “Kitchen area” with frig & microwave. Location perfect to meet up with Oak Harbor Family. Ice machine not working. Intermittent elevator not working.
