Very nice room

Il personale è stato gentile e la camera era pulita, quindi il mio voto è 7/10. Tuttavia, sono rimasto deluso dalla SPA: dalle foto sembra che ci sia una piscina, ma in realtà non c'è. C'è solo una piccola vasca idromassaggio, disponibile per un tempo limitato. Consiglio di aggiornare le foto per evitare di creare aspettative sbagliate nei futuri clienti.

Amazing breakfast. Good bed and quiet rooms The light switches side not always work ??? Weird

* Very detail oriented members of the staff. Friendly warm and professional. * The hotel was peaceful. Ideal for relaxation after a long day of tourism The only thing that truly challenged us was the lighting system. Trying to match each switch to an actual light became a nightly puzzle, and at one point it was so confusing it became genuinely funny. We joked that the staff must be secretly rearranging the switches just to keep us on our toes.

Very clean and comfortable and the staff were great especially Olga who had good English and gave us plenty of information on things to do ?

The spa closed very early. The bed was fair. No parking. The location was good but the neighborhood didn’t feel safe. Breakfast was okay.

Good but wifi wasn’t good

Not the best neighborhood, but we still didn't have any unpleasant feeling then we ware walking late at night from center.

Perfect everything !!

Nice stuff , always helpful . Large rooms , clean , overall good facilities . Location is in the dangerous area . Breakfast has really little options , no vegetables at all , very few fruits and the choice of main courses was really poor .

Can't think of anything-it was great. Loved the breakfast room and food on offer too

Clean and modern room

it was beautiful and clean inside It was extremely hot. They had the heat blasting and when we requested it lowered in our room they assured us it was, it wasn’t. Opening the window didn’t help as the bar outside was extremely loud!

Exceptional

The hotel is clean, the room was clean and decent size, the top floor ceiling is a little low, but that's ok considering the building age. The room is modern and has a fridge and a safe. The best shower on my whole three week trip! Luckily we were in the back of the hotel away from the main Street but it was still very noisy with locals at a bar in the back. The whole area is busy and noisy. The location was not as nice as I had thought it would be and was farther away from the city tourist areas than I had thought. It was mentioned it is minutes away from the tourist areas, it is minutes but probably 25 minutes to walk there, be prepared to walk if you're doing the tourist areas. The staff is great. Parking is off site. Breakfast was average. I was disappointed in the location, but there was two great restaurants near by, actually one was Mexican, it made the location a little better

Room was great, super clean, lady serving breakfast super kind and polite the noise from reception till 3-4 am, a gathering of staff chatting at laud. breakfast is VERY BASIC AND VERY BORING! EXACTLY SAME FOOD FOR 5 DAYS WE STAYED THERE. As for Italy, this was the most disappointing breakfast so far Some members of staff (gentlemen from reception and one lady from reception) definitely need a refresher on how to look after clients. Politeness and kindness are free. SPA is not included in the price description at the booking time is not clear

Lovely hotel. Approx 20 mins from city area however only €12 in a taxi. The staff were okay. They had No Iron in the hotel (not even to rent) Lighting etc in room was great!

This hotel was home for the three nights we enjoyed the beauty of Verona. Rooms were very comfortable with great beds and amenities. Yes breakfast was simplistic but after loading with carbs all the salami and cheeses in previous days simplistic start to the day and lovely espresso was perfect. Olga is the heartbeat of this hotel! Her passion, knowledge and warmest of hearts is perfect role model for front of house. She also has insanely good recommendations for food! Location off the beaten track but perfect to enjoy local bars and be around the community with a short walk into the city My mark for service was marked down slightly for the spa. We opted to have the spa in that dead time from checkout to airport but whilst it was a paid extra we were denied the opportunity to chill before flying home. Such a shame esp as it was raining!
