No elevator.

We only stayed one night on a road trip with the kids. The staff was super helpful in making our arrival and auto-check-in as comfy as possible. You get all the info you need, clear and complete.

Breakfast at the cafe was nice. The AC unit kept producing a smell everytime it was turned on. There were ants all around the table in the room as well as the bed. (We didn’t have any food there). Walls were a little thin so easy to hear noise

Staff friendly and ore arrival communication was excellent Quiet location. Very clean rooms and excellent breakfast. Easy walk to town Highly recommend Nothing it was really good

It was economic and not too far from the center The staff is friendly - Television not working at all (the aerial cable did not even reach the TV set). - The bathroom sink did not drain properly - The air conditioning unit not sufficient for hot days - Could hear guests opening and closing wardrobes in neighboring rooms. Noise insulation not sufficient, probably due to wooden floors/ceilings - The breakfast in a bar nearby has limited choice

Very comfortable clean large space. Wonderful for traveling with kid Not being able to use the kitchen was a bit of a bummer. But having the fridge and a few cups and small plates was great

Spacious , good location . Lovely and quiet . Breakfast at Wally’s was really good

Confortable place in a secure area. Place is difficult to find and the access is challenging. In addition, rude cleaning crew that want to get you out of bed 3 hours before checking. Lack of consideration to the customer that are paying for their salary!!!!

Large space with separate bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. Simple furnishings, but clean and comfortable. Having a coffee maker and refrigerator in the room was a plus. Good breakfast including fresh fruit was provided at a nearby cafe run by the hotel. Convenient location for access to old city. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Exactly what we needed—drivable, with parking, outside the tourist center but walkable to everything. Staff incredibly helpful with communication and accommodating our requests. Clean and comfortable.

Excellent location, beautiful room and very good value for money. The photos were misleading which made me think the room wasn’t going to be nice. The room was better than in the listing. Was very beautiful. The host should update them to match it.

the room was clean and fit for purpose and great value for a B and B long weekend. Was a ten minute walk to get to town, half an hour to the main train station and 45 mins to the football ground. Second time we have stayed here. We have now done just about everything we wanted to do with both visits but the city is much cheaper than Milan and we will be back in a year or two in opera season to se another opera at the Amphitheatre which was amazing 2 years ago. Breakfast was basic but good, I'm struggling for anything else. Its now done at a small cafe up the road (2 minute walk) and you get two small rolls (1 each) two croissants (Again one each) which sometimes are filled, (had a pistachio one which was really nice). It is quite small, the mrs didnt like it so I had most of hers which made mine good :-)

The breakfast was very poor and actually I can say is not breakfast. It is outside in very ugly place and almost no food, so don’t consider this place provides you breakfast, it is fake! Breakfast, access to the apartment

As mentioned the bathroom could use with a few renovations, but that was the only less-than-perfect point of our stay.

Room temperature

Compact but well-appointed and very comfortable. Appreciated the use of a parking pass. It was clearly a well-thought out room with the needs of the traveler in mind. Room was somewhat noisy from street street activities

À Little bit too noizy and the bed placement could be on the other side of the room to avoid having the emergency exit light right in front of you when you want to sleep in the dark

We were fine with it but the others should know that the breakfast is not a standard hotel buffet, but rather a traditional Italian bar breakfast

Totally charming

Excellent breakfast is at a short walk from the hotel. It consisted of small ham/salami sandwiches, croissants, eggs, fruit, juice, water and great coffee. Staff in restaurant is truly friendly and competent. The rooms are on the small side. Very clean, changed towels and sheets daily.
