Just outside the old town car parking was available The manager was very helpful and proactive Overall the property was run down , entry through a garage, entry cards did not work , the breakfast was poor quality

The staff was top-class and they were highly flexible. The breakfast is such that you should "stick to the basics".

The room was very authentic and the bed very comfortable. The shower was perhaps the best we’ve ever had! The staff were very nice and friendly. The breakfast room was right outside the bedroom door so we heard breakfast set up from very early in the morning along with other guests having their breakfasts, meaning it was difficult to have a good sleep in.

This was one of the most romantic places I've ever stayed at. The upstairs bedroom was stunning with panoramic views. The design details surround the unit. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Very pricey! It was a splurge in our trip but I am glad we came.

Warm welcome from a great host and wonderful service from all staff. Location is amazing in a quiet area just a short walk into the centre of Verona. We enjoyed a beautifully decorated room offering a gorgeous panoramic view of the city. Nothing disliked, however entrance to the hotel is through a basement area which looks like a garage - which would benefit from clearer signage.
