This is a TOTAL FRAUD AND SCAM.. No such hotel exists there. When we reached the location, we were told by locals there that this scam has been going on for weeks and several guests have faced this. hey ask for payment on a different link through booking.com messenger. Don't know why Booking.com has not done anything about them. We then contacted customer support of booking.com and arranged alternative accommodation.

San Faustino is a scam and does not exist. We had been up since 4am travelling and reached the accommodation address around 3pm all drenched in sweat when we saw a few people sitting near the accommodation address with their suitcases and we all realised that we’ve been scammed. There’s a 66 and 68 house number but no 67 as mentioned for San Faustino. Luckily booking.con customer service was quite helpful and they cancelled our reservation right away.

THAT WAS A COMPLETE FAKE…FAKE…FAKE THIS HOTEL DOES NOT EXITS. I TOOK A TAXI FROM FIUMICINO AIRPORT AND FOUND NO HOTEL AT ALL. When I arrived to this address I found just a Restaurant in front of the Colosseum. The waiters at the restaurant told me that it had happened to a lot of tourists. I was in shock and sat down for a while thinking what to do. Whether I tried to make a reservation, I thought It could be a fake again; so I decided not to go again on the web Booking.com. I didn’t trust your web page. I had to take a taxi and go to several hotels with not available rooms. Rome was crowded by tourists. I kept going in a Taxi from hotel to hotel until I found this small boutique hotel NOVECENTO, where I was given a nice room for the three nights I was supposed to stay at Rome. I spent lot of money in taxis but finally, I got a hotel running from one to another. I didn’t understand how this was possible to happen to me if I used booking.com to make this reservation. This bad and terrible experience almost ruined my holidays in Rome. Thanks God, I could find a hotel with not reservation at all, running in a Taxi from one place to another like it was 30 years ago when there was little knowledge of the internet. All written above

When I arrived there are no apartments and when I sent a message to the property no one answered me back. Absolute rubbish. When I arrived I asked the restaurants around they said it’s scam and there is no apartments here it’s a scam. So I was left on the streets with my family and 3 kids and not place to stay.
