Great breakfast, spotlessly clean, excellent location, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Nothing to add.

Location is great. It was clean. The owner was quite unfriendly when it was time to check out, rushing us while we were on time. WE PAID VIA BOOKING, AND SHE MADE US PAY AGAIN! We said beforehand that we would be taking our two well-behaved dogs with us, and the B&B advertised itself as dog-friendly, but in reality it was not. The owner was flabbergasted we had them with us and asked in shock if they were on the bed, which they, of course, were not. She made us pay 40 euros in additional costs because she said our room stank, before she even stepped into it. (And no, our dogs do not smell and are bathed very regularly.) What seemed very sketchy was that she wanted the extra costs to be paid in cash.

breakfast was fantastic, location was great, staff were awesome. The smart door lock tricky to work, our room didn't have direct AC - instead just a grill so cooler air from the hall could move into our room, which wasn't sufficient when hot.

Close to centre and all sites Nothing

The location was perfect, a 5 min walk to the arena and 15/20 min walk to the train station. Super convenient to have a Pam supermarket directly opposite! The room was exactly as shown in the photos. Breakfast was plenty with a nice variety. The host was outstanding, very kind, friendly and informative. I would stay again for sure if visiting Verona. Nothing

A superb B&B at the heart of Verona, 6 minute walk to Arena Di Verona and restaurants, 10 minutes to amazing shopping. 15 minute stroll to train station, which can take you to Garda in 18-20 minutes. It is not exactly a romantic stay hotel but for romantics, you are in the centre of it all. A perfect B& B . And most of all, the Host, lovely lady with plenty to tell you and help you with suggestions. Nice simple continental breakfast, perfect for Italy. We will stay there again Everything, just simple and what we needed for our long days out

Our room was spacious and clean, Very comfortable bed and pillows. Location is wonderful, off the main street but a few minutes walk to the center by the Verona Arena. Easy public transportation connections. Breakfast is very good and plentiful. Best of all, our hostess as warm, gracious and a delightful conversationalist. Highly recommend Academia B&B. I can't think of anything.

The owner was so friendly and helpful. Fantastic service. We were able to have a slightly early breakfast as we were leaving for the airport. Fantastic central location

It is located in the city center, a 10-minute walk from all the main attractions. The room was clean and had modern equipment. The lady working there was really nice. Breakfast had lactose-free options. We had trouble finding the entrance because it wasn’t well marked—the sign on the door of the multi-purpose building was very small.

Everything was very clean and the room was comfortable. The balcony was fantastic and made the stay even more enjoyable. We really loved our time here and would definitely come back again.
