Everything! Staff very friendly, great food for b’fast and dinner and I had the disposal of a bicycle free of charge. Location perfect to visit many interesting places. I didn’t mind but there was no aircon in my room. The fan on ceiling did not do a lot.

The staff is very pleasant , we did not make in time to check in to the room.They were waiting for almost an hour, it was already late in the evening. The view is wonderful from the windows and the balcony. Breakfast is very tasty. one minus - the lack of a refrigerator

The location and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast and the dinner we had were excellent. The air conditioning in the room could have been a little colder.

The hotel was situated in a picturesque location up in the mountains. We loved the restaurant, the food was amazing and very well priced and we ate there each night and also the breakfasts. Staff were so friendly and helpful and gave us great advice in planning our hikes to the nearby mountains and lakes each day. We liked everything!

Hotel staff and restaurant on site Poor WIFI and need better outlets for charging devices. Not a deal breaker, Austria and Italy use different outlets.
