Quite and uncomplicated

A perfect location with amazing views, great breakfast every day, and a lovely pool. Beautiful flowers everywhere and such a nice family! Next year will be our 3rd year staying there… We love it! Niente.

The property was beautiful and relatively easy to reach. The location is excellent. The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Our host, Giovanni, was friendly and personable and we got to meet his charming father who gifted us with delectable fresh figs that he had just picked. Breakfast offerings were many and varied and homemade cakes were delicious. We would highly recommend Villa Zufro. It was a wonderful property. There was nothing we didn’t like.

Villa Zufrò is a beautiful destination itself! With the amazing views and poolside cocktails, you don’t need to go anywhere. Giovanni and his family made our stay wonderful! I didn’t want to leave. There are chickens, doves, lizards, lemon trees, the most beautiful flowers and Cacti. The grounds and garden are stunning. Our room was amazing with an incredible balcony. Simply a fantastic place to stay! Everything was perfect; I wish I could have stayed longer. Giovanni and his family went out of their way to provide for us. What a wonderful family!

Giovanni could not have been a better host! Amazingly clean with great amenities….and delicious breakfast choices! Can’t wait to go back! Also has free parking on site! Nothing!

Excellent, easy to find.

The quality of all the spaces, so clean, smart and homely. The excellent pool and the verandah space available for sitting in the sun and in the shade, lovely choices; a great view too The family were kind and supportive with information and assistance. The figs grown in the garden, tasty along with the rest of the breakfast. Nothing. Everything was good The place suited us. Thank you to Giovanni and family.

This accommodation was fabulous. From the wonderful hosts that couldn't be more friendly and helpful to the beautifully furnished, equipped and clean room to the memorable breakfast with home made pastries, jams and home grown honey. All of which was made by mum who was so lovely - even insisted we took some of her beautiful biscuits for the road trip. All located near to the stunning Tropea, set high on hill with stunning views. Ideal for those with a car. 10/10 - highly recommended. Nothing.

Breakfast was great. Gerden and pool was nice with wonderful view. Meals were not available. You have to drive to the nearest town.

We stayed here 1 night on our way to Sicily. We liked it so much that 2 weeks later we decided to stay here again for a night when we returned home. We definitely have to return for a much longer stay next time. Giovanni is one of the sons who handles reservations and greeting guests when they arrive. He immediately makes you feel welcome. His mother and sister are the ones who make the delicious cakes and marmallate for breakfast. Giovanni also makes the honey for breakfast and prepares the coffee, tea and other items that may be requested. His father makes delicious cured olives. All of them are excellent hosts! The structure is incredibly beautiful and is immaculate inside and out. It is located 5 minutes from the center of the city, but far enought away that at night it is very quiet and peaceful. It is very tastefully decorated and our room was very comfortable with everything we needed. There is a beautiful veranda where you can eat breakfast if weather permits or just sit and relax. There is a beautiful swimming pool and it is possible to order drinks which are served to you poolside with some wonderful snacks. We would like to thank all of the family for their graciousness and hospitality.
