It was quite and clean

It was quiet, with amazing sunset views from bungalow. Air conditioning worked great. Location was great and the pool was open early which was great! The Beds were hard and lumpy with one very flat pillow. Some steps around the property needed repair. The drive in was difficult, very narrow sharp turns with small area to turn around. Kitchen was small with no ice box and little utensils if you plan cook.

This place that’s not provide a good parking they provide clean towels every 5 days which is ridiculous no Tv in the room. Poor entrance to the rooms.

The owner and staff are very friendly. They gave us free upgrade of the room to a nice ocean view and give us very clear instrucions and support when we first arrived. The location is good if you have a car.

It was so unique and small and was nice to be so close with the owners. They were such a sweet couple. It was almost impossible to get to sorrento and positano just a location in the middle of nowhere on a dangerous road(by a bus stop but bus is so inconsistent)

host was so nice and welcoming, helping us with all the information that we needed to know. great location too! bus stop is just 1 min walk so pretty convenient. woke up with lots of bug bites.. could be from the tree outside, as long as you keep your windows close you should be alright

Very good accommodation. Rooms were clean and with all equipment for self catering. If you are looking for privacy, great views and rest, this is ideal. Very attentive staff. due to the busy main road, it is hard to move from/to the property unless you have a car.

Wonderful View

The view was really nice especially at night or early morning. the manager was helpful, he provided us with the bus time table and recommended some good places to visit and how to reach them. There were no pictures of the steep route to the apartments, when booking it was supposed to be a chalet but it was not in my opinion. We had to carry 3 suitcases, 2 of them was 20kg with so much effort like going up a hill then go down a very narrow stairs. we didn't expect it at all !! just walking up and down everyday is quite tiring. The location was very far from the closest city (vico equense) it's only reachable by bus and the last bus was at 20:45. we needed to run everyday to be able to catch otherwise we will need to take an expensive taxi (40euros) ! The apartment was very basic and didn't smell fresh. the bathroom was okey until we discovered a leak and the shower was also letting water out. we thought there will be cleaning service but it didn't. we had to clean the floor by ourselves everyday. for that price, it was not the vacation we were waiting for !! there were no toiletries in the bathroom, no napkins or tissue paper in the kitchen, no kettle, no chairs in the kitchen only outside. there was only one small closet in the hall not enough for 5 people and smells very musty !! The big bed was decent but the other 3 beds were old and not comfortable. We had to ask for more toilet paper by the second day as the one we got was very thin and cheap. This was not only our opinion, some other guests were also not happy with the location and the infrastructure.

Fantastic location. If you have a car, you have easy access to both the Naples and Pompei side and to the Sorrento side and all the coves and beaches. From our lodgings, we had an amazing sea view of the Sorrento coast. It was so peaceful and drained a whole load of pent up work stress. Dealing with mosquitoes

What a beautiful location! It's a bit of a climb, because it's against a rock wall, but otherwise great. Lovely swimming pool with beautiful views over the Mediterranean Sea. Staff is nothing short of wonderful. What friendly and sweet people. They will help you with absolutely everything! Nothing.

We had an incredible stay at Baia Serena! Our host, Giuseppe, and his family were exceptionally warm, helpful, and hospitable, making us feel right at home. The view from the hotel is stunning and unbelievably beautiful, a true highlight of our trip. The food was delicious and very affordable, adding to the overall great experience. The clean and comfortable accommodations offered a fantastic sight that we thoroughly enjoyed. Additionally, the convenience of the bus stop being just 50 meters away made it easy to explore the surrounding area. I definitely recommend Baia Serena to anyone looking for a memorable stay. Very good

The views from our room and from the terrace of the restaurant was fantastic. Dinner at the restaurant watching the sun set over the sorrento coast was brilliant. Joseph and his family who run the place are super friendly and helpful Access to car parking was a little tricky but that was only because my car rental agency messed up and gave me a huge mercedes instead of the car I had requested. By the second day I got used to navigating the corners however

I loved everything! Giusseppe and Rosa were absolutely amazing! Rosa cooks all the dinners and I felt like I was eating at a 5 star restaurant. I’ve decided that I’m going to go back again next summer. The view was breathtaking!

The pool is excelllent, the view from the balcony and the staff. We liked everything, only the parking is not reachable.

We had a wonderful stay at Baia Serena. The location and views were absolutely phenomenal! Giuseppe and Rosa were incredibly friendly and helpful, greeting us warmly every morning. The cafe has a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee with beautiful views. Extremely tranquil environment. A perfect place for a relaxing escape. the transport was limited, but worth it for the beautiful rural location. If you drive it would be even more amazing but we managed with just the bus and train.

Friendly host, good location to discover both Napels and the Amalfi coast Property description needs to be updated. “Modern” was a long time ago and for our chalet “renovation needed” would be a better description. Also the family friendly part is doubtful. Especially with little children, the steep roads and stairs on the property are a real challenge

Wonderfull place, really Beautiful view from The swimmingpool, restaurant and cottage terrasse. And very helpfull and friendly owners, good atmosphere. Everything was very clean. It was not at all a problem to take a bus to The hotel, it passes by 100 meters from The hotel every hour,Vico Equense to Montechiaro (2nd last stop). There is a Beach in Vico Equense, and a direct bus from there to The airport. A place to go back to.
