The hotel has an amazing sea view, beautiful facilities, excellent cleanliness, and very professional staff. The atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious, and the location was perfect for exploring the Amalfi Coast. As a 5-star hotel, complimentary bottled water in the room should be included for guests rather than being charged separately.

While the food at lunch was delicious, we found the food at breakfast to be average at best, with our omelets actually cooked poorly. The coffee was also mediocre. We looked forward to using the fitness center during our stay, but it was outside, which is illogical in a hot and humid climate. The view and sounds of the sea while exercising in theory is lovely, but a liability for exercising in the heat.

Staff treat you like family. Lovely spa and sea view gym. Beautiful views from the rooms and various lounge areas and restaurants in the hotel. Free Shuttle runs to the station so don’t need a car.

Great breakfast, amazing location with the noises of waves lapping from the super calm and very transparent sea. The lemon facial at the spa was an unbelievable experience.

We came here for a short after our wedding having read previous reviews of the hotel. The property was beautiful, located away from the center of Sorrento to give some peace but close enough to public transport to get in and out. The facilities were brilliant and the staff made it all the better. We felt completely at home by day 2 and the staff regularly go out of their way to ensure your stay is special Nothing

The property was clean. The staff was friendly. The facilities were great- we enjoyed sitting by the pool, swimming in the sea, and used the spa facilities daily. The free shuttle service to town was awesome!

The property is right on the water it’s so beautiful! Far form most things - need to get a ride into town and have to be back by 11pm or take a taxi.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone in a heartbeat. The staff were amazing, the location is something else, the breakfasts were incredible, pool and spa are lovely, really handy hotel shuttle service into town. Will definitely be back here in the future Nothing

The location was perfect! You need a car to get there. Too dangerous to walk around as the roads have very little footpaths Nothing, the hotel was perfect

Located right in front of the beach, this hotel allows for a private and beautiful seaside experience. We could enjoy the sea directly and also comfortably use the swimming pool, which was very well-maintained. The sound of the ocean from our room was absolutely fantastic. After being disappointed with breakfasts at other Italian hotels, the breakfast here was astonishingly good, providing a delicious start to our day. The staff were all friendly, and even those who did not speak English well did their best to help us, which was very touching and helpful to us. A particularly memorable moment was when we first entered our room and found a chilled bottle of sparkling wine, prepared in recognition of our honeymoon. We made such wonderful memories at this place and frequently share stories and photos of our Italian honeymoon with friends. Everything was perfect, and it was an incredibly satisfying experience. If I had to point out a downside, it would be the parking area. We needed assistance from the hotel staff to park and retrieve our car. However, the hotel operates its own shuttle service, which made getting around easy and more convenient than driving ourselves. Given the parking situation of town, using the shuttle was actually more comfortable and easy.
