Domo20 Hotel & Sky Bar

We stayed at Domo20 while visiting Vico Equense to present our documentary at the Social World Film Festival, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and we had a lovely view of the garden, which made our stay especially peaceful and relaxing. We had dinner every day at the hotel’s Mima Restaurant, and the food was outstanding. We especially recommend the ravioli and the paccheri al pesto di basilico – both were absolutely delicious. The staff throughout the hotel and restaurant were always friendly, welcoming, and professional. The rooftop is another highlight, featuring a beautiful swimming pool with breathtaking views of Mount Vesuvius and the entire Bay of Naples. Domo20 has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vico Equense.

The rooftop restaurant and terrace were definitely the highlight of our stay. The views are beautiful, especially at sunset. The lobby is stylish and creates a great first impression. Unfortunately, the hotel did not fully match our expectations based on the photos. The lobby and rooftop are beautiful, but the rooms and common areas feel much more basic than advertised. We booked a room with a garden view on the ground floor, but there was no real view, and the “garden” mostly overlooked neighboring buildings and neglected surroundings. The location is also farther from Sorrento than we expected, making daily trips less convenient. Looking back, we would probably choose a simpler hotel directly in Sorrento instead.

Loved the Rooftop Mima restaurant, and the view from the room was great. More storage in the guest rooms would be great - had to live out of my suitcase. Front desk staff need to be better informed about Beach Club amenities and access - for Cava Regia. Once the driver dropped us off there, there were no signs instructing us which path to take, so we went to the public beach by mistake. Also, some family members went to the Cava Regia on Saturday of our stay, and the service was terrible because the beach club staff were setting up for a major event that evening. Had the front desk staff let us know about that, we wouldn't have gone.

A perfect stay! I spent a week here with my best friend, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hospitality at Domo20 is truly unmatched. The entire team went out of their way to make us feel at home and welcome. A massive thank you to the kind gentleman who gave us a ride to the station at the end of our trip—such a thoughtful and generous gesture that really shows how much they care about their guests. Everything was top-notch. Thank you all for a fantastic holiday, we will definitely be coming back! Nothing at all, everything was absolutely perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel . iThe service was truly heartfelt, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel was spotless, peaceful, and very well maintained. The beautiful views made our stay even more special. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The only minor drawbacks were that, while the rooms were very clean, the décor was quite basic, and the bathrooms could be better equipped with additional amenities.

Extremely helpful staff. Especially Mario. Great roof top view Little bit isolated. My wife is not big fan of walking steps and hills.

The view and location is awesome. The spa was cold. It is not a hot tub. In America we call this a cold plunge.

Our stay at Domo20 was delightful. The facilities were very clean and as advertised. The stand out during our stay was the staff. Everyone was so incredibly warm and welcoming. We felt right at home in their presence. Chief of all were Mario and Mena who did everything possible to make our stay a comfortable one. I would recommend Domo20 due to the amazing hospitality. This has nothing to do with the property itself, but the minimum price for a taxi in Vico Equense was €30. We got charged €30 for trips to locations 6 minutes away. That significantly drove up the price of our stay and did leave a bit of a sour taste.

Staff, cleanliness Cold hot tub. No pool

The breakfast was very poor, the food in the restaurant was not good, the child did not eat, but we are grateful that they took the price off, because they did not cook it as ordered, the cocktails were also not good. The waiters did their best to serve, but unfortunately they did not know how and it was obvious that they had not undergone special training. The water in the pool smelled very much of chlorine, we only swam once in four days. The city was not touristy, walking down from the hotel was very dangerous, because there were no sidewalks and you had to walk down the street next to cars that were driving fast. Overall, the hotel was not bad, but the pictures left a better impression in terms of service and level. Also, there was a mention of Michelin on the website, which could not correspond to reality.

It was a lovely big room, suitable for a family. Aircon wasn’t work and neither was the pool. Hot breakfast was not good. Restaurant is extremely expensive.

There was enough space in the room for 2 adults and 2 big children. The beds were very comfortable, Incredible view from Rooftop bar. The breakfast was very tasty with real Italian cappuccino. The staff was so polite and helpful. light smell from the drain

We had a one night stay at Domo 20. It’s in a beautiful location with a gorgeous view of Vico. Mario at the front desk was super helpful and saw to our needs. The roof top bar is lovely, we enjoyed a drink while looking at the sun set behind Ischia. Our bed was very comfortable and toiletries were abundant. Breakfast was a lovely spread!! We definitely recommend Domo 20

Amazing food and super cozy

The hotel is fresh and clean and bright. The service is excellent. Breakfast was way above average. Garage parking was a plus.
