Nothing. Absolutely unacceptable - do not stay here We arrived late at night after a long journey and were shocked by how poorly this hotel is organised. The hotel advertises that it has parking, but there are only around five parking spaces for what seems to be a hotel with nearly 100 rooms. Calling this “parking” is honestly a joke. The corridors smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and Asian food, which made the whole place feel unpleasant. But the worst part was the check-in. We completed the self check-in and went to our assigned room. We opened the door - and there were people already sleeping inside. Absolutely unbelievable. We then discovered that our room had actually been booked for four other reservations as well. In other words, multiple different guests had been assigned the same room. This is completely unacceptable and shows a shocking lack of organisation. We went to reception to explain what had happened. They initially wanted to give us another room, but someone from the staff went to check it first. It turned out that this room was also occupied by other people. At one point, there were around a dozen people at reception trying to figure out why guests were being sent to rooms that were already occupied. People were understandably shocked and confused because men were entering rooms occupied by women and strangers were being sent into other guests’ rooms. This is a serious safety and privacy issue, not just a minor mistake. Our 10 year old son was so frightened that he did not want to sleep in this hotel. We eventually gave up and found another place to stay nearby. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The organisation, cleanliness, security and check-in system were completely unacceptable.

Spacious, comfortable areas that even included a small play and activity zone for young children. Modern self-service check-in kiosks to handle the high volume of people. A bar and vending machines for snacks, meals, and even ice cream. Luggage storage room and lockers. Cleanliness throughout the premises; a large, comfortable room. Security personnel on site. Complimentary towels available for everyone. The biggest downside is that, despite the obvious fact that a massive investment has been made in the facility, no provision was unfortunately made for air conditioning in the rooms and other areas. I am not sure of the exact legal requirements in the country, but this is something the management should address for the summer months. With nighttime temperatures reaching 32–35°C, simply leaving a window open isn't enough; consequently, getting any sleep or rest is impossible. Many people chose to stay outside the building for this very reason.

Lots of space for everything. There was no air conditioning at 39 degree Celsius in Vienna. The window as well did not completely open. There were unnecessary system driven onboarding process which did not work well and staff intervention was frequent. Processes not well thought.

Basic but comfortable accomodation, it was perfect for one night. We had parking right in front of the building. Very crowded at the reception desk, just one person dealing with a whole bunch of clients. We had to stand in a queue for a long time not just for check in, but even to ask a simple question.

I like the location. The staff is rude, when we checked in at 3PM, the room was still dirty, we had to wait another 30 minutes. They are not responding to questions or requests. We requested a crib when booking and a special meal, none was provided to us without explanations.

The location is definitely one of the biggest advantages. The hostel is right next to the train station and metro, and the city centre is within walking distance if you enjoy walking. There is also a Billa nearby, as well as a shop at the station with longer opening hours. Unfortunately, cleanliness was disappointing. I did not expect the room to be spotless, but the floor clearly needed cleaning, as shown in the attached photos. I also requested housekeeping, but the floor was not cleaned and I received no confirmation whether the request had been carried out. On the positive side, the bathroom and toilet were clean. The check-in was also somewhat confusing. I was supposed to receive bed linen at reception, but I did not. In the room, I could not find my assigned bed number either, so I eventually used a bed that appeared to be free. However, I was left unsure whether the bedding had actually been freshly prepared.

Proximity to Central Windows don't fully open and we only had one that could be tilted, the room gets unbearably hot to the point where you can't fall asleep, even though the temperatures outside are cool. Do something about the window issue, please
