everything clean and well equipped one "family" room was quite weird, the bathroom was not separated from the rest of the beedroom by any wall or door... we were on the way back from the alps with 15000€ worth of bikes. we intended to store them in the room, which is perfectly normal with every accomodation we've ever been to, but these people forced us to leave them on the reception on everybody's sight, even though there was plenty of space in the rooms. we were pretty scared but didn't have other choice. in the end nobody stole them, at least

I was in this hotel several times. The hotel has a central location. Parking is just under the hotel for a reasonable price. The room was large and quiet. A shopping center is adjacent to the hotel, with access to a wide variety of goods. The check in process with tablets are fancy, but slow. The bottleneck is twofold: limited number of laptops and guests' slow data entry capacity. I would recommend implementing a system to read the barcode of ID cards.

Breakfast was very good, delicious coffee. The location was good for visiting the attractions of Vienna. Nice room with comfortable beds. The street outside was quite noisy at night and in the morning.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights at the beginning of august. It had AC that worked great and made the room cool in a short period of time which was very important for us since it was 36° out. The room was very clean and there were people coming to throw ot the trash, change the towels and make the bed EVERY SINGLE DAY! We are truly impressed with the hospitality of this hotel! It is very well connected to metro, bus and tram so it was easy to travel anywhere we wanted.

We came by car. It was easy to park and commute to the city center. Hotel was clean, great value for money. I loved that we had a fridge in the room. Bathroom was clean. It was also quiet at night. Room could be refreshed a bit but its more of a comment than complaint.
