Unbeatable for this price (June 2026, 120 euro for 2 nights)

The room was brilliant; there was an iron, a working TV (in case any of the tourists know a bit of German :) ), a capsule coffee machine, tea bags with sugar and a kettle The bathroom… it was perfect, with a huge mirror and the bath itself had a cool little curtain to stop the water spilling out The reception was top-notch So, overall, we highly recommend this room; it’s not far from the metro and bus stops, especially if you like walking, and Vienna is beautiful everywhere All in all, it was fine – well, there might have been a bit of dust on the bedside tables, but it wasn’t the end of the world

The managers working at this hotel are not serious, if you have an issue with them, they'll never solve it for you or even reply to your queries
-
The size of the bed is too small

friendly staff. Breakfast was decent and filling, but definitely NOT worth 18 euros. --we had an issue with a missing curtain for the floor-to-ceiling window in room 205 which faces the windows of an apartment building directly across the narrow street, thus allowing clear view into the room. In addition, the nightly street lights and 5 am sunlight seriously disrupted sleep. --I reported this to the staff & was told that "a new curtain has to be ordered." --We were able to switch rooms only on the 5th day after our arrival. --The TV in the new room 301 flashed channel Pop-Ups across the screen every 30 seconds, making it extremely irritating and difficult to watch a program. --The A&H Group offered a $105 euro refund for the missing curtain. We should have been refunded 4 nights' refund for the 4 sleepless nights and having to dress in the bathroom for privacy.

Breakfast was very good. If you can include it, surely do so. Very good variety and quality for such a small space. Decent coffee machine. The neighborhood was lovely as well. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Was a bit of a hassle to get my room cleaned. No one noticed the sign I put on my door knob for cleaning. Plus, I couldn't meet the reception staff since I left for work early. So, it took me a while to get my room tidy up. The hotel was a bit of a walk (14 mins) from the metro. Although the bus stand was a minute's walk. Just better to keep this in mind.

The room was cozy, clean, and had all the necessary amenities.

Breakfast was really good. One of the best in this price range across Europe I’d say. Staff was friendly. Wish the rook had AC, but it was fine for the time I was there
-
It was everything perfect for the price that I paid The metro wasn't near
-
The room is very comfortable and cozy. The location is excellent. Best of luck. ❤️

Transportation to downtown Vienna was close by. One of the towels had a stain. Arriving at night, the location made us a little nervous, but it wasn't so bad in the daytime.
-
Everything was perfect; the location is good and the staff were so helpful and friendly Nothing

Shapeless pillows.
-
Idk if it's a norm, but we have to request cleaning ourselves.

Bedroom was nice for a family of 3, a bit of equipment to eat there in the evening and good breakfast. Hotel staff was helpful from arrival to departure. Good value. A small bedside lamp would be useful when the kid sleeps and parents want to read.

There were mixed reviews online about this hotel. I was wary that the cheap price meant the poor reviews were correct. But I'm happy to advise this is a clean and tidy hotel. The breakfast buffet was outstanding- much above a standard continental breakfast I expected. Rooms are a bit tired, but the place was clean and good value for the price.

Perfect place to stay if you are visiting your IES student in the area. Great breakfast, although I advise to not prepay, rather pay as you go. Great WiFi and the shower rocked. My only negative is no second garbage can in the room, one small in the bathroom. I recommend the Art Hotel.
