The hotel location is very attractive for those travellers who can join business with leisure. I also appreciate a staff approach. I have found no problems, booking,check-in/out process and reception service worked well.

Clean, the bed for our 2 kids normal size. Clean bath and renovated. Very good location. Good breakfast. Really value for money. I wouldnt expect they would fit 4 beds in a room but they did it. Nothing

Lovely hotel with pleasant staff. Room was big enough with everything we needed. A nice shower and everything was clean. Breakfast was good. The toilet was separate from the sink and shower which is not my favourite thing. It was a bit of a walk to the main part of the old town.

Authentic hotel, great location, nice clean rooms, great breakfast and charging electric car was a bonus. Didn’t use sauna but would have given more time.

Everything! From our initial welcome and speed of check-in to chats with the staff particularly in the bar (which were normal prices!). The room was comfy, spacious,spotlessly clean and even had tea/coffee making facilities (which as English we appreciate!). Breakfast had long hours which is good 6.30 to 10.30 and there was lots of choice - we were there 6 nights! The location is fab, not too bustly and real close to main UBahn lines. Staff are fab - particular shout out to Valentin and Lorenzo x Struggling with this.

Breakfast was really nice. Although the meat selection wasn't massive and it didn't really change that much it was still fresh and nice. The sweet bakery treats changed more often. Location is awesome for tourism. Although the area can be a bit weird at times during night time but that's not the Hotel's fault. N/A
