The location

We thought the hotel is closer and more connected to the center, which in theory it is, but you need to travel a lot by bus/tram or metro to get to the center. There is no fridge in the room and we went there in the summer. We would've loved some cold drinks.

The check-in experience was disappointing. The first room we were assigned had bed sheets that appeared to have already been used. After we reported the issue, we were moved to another room, only to find that it already contained another guest's belongings. It was not until the third attempt that we were given a room that was clean and ready for occupancy. This raised concerns about the hotel's housekeeping standards and room allocation procedures. Parking costs €16 per day, which is reasonable for Vienna, and the garage itself is spacious. However, finding the entrance was unnecessarily difficult. We had to ask the staff for directions, and several other guests seemed to encounter the same issue. Clear signage or simple instructions displayed at reception and near the entrance would make the process much more straightforward and convenient for guests.

Tiny but got everything you need, ideal for a quick visit, nice view, comfortable and great quality bathroom.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The room was very clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Vienna!

Clean Very good breakfast 8 minutes away from the tram 1, link to city center We kinda waited too much at check-in. No interaction with staff at breakfast.No smile, no hello, nothing

We booked for 3 people but we arrived and we were informed that there is no room for 3 people. I asked for a 3rd pillow and blanket but they didn't have. So 1 person stayed with no pillow and blanket. Next day we received one pillow extra but no blanket

Cleanliness. Stuff has been polite. Room has been clean but outdated. We got different room than one we booked.

Place is bit out of center and near Vienna Meidling station, so taxis or Vienna daily tickets are recommended while staying here. The television was not working properly. Safety deposit box could be nice addition in room.
