Comfortable room, great location and extremely cordial and efficient hotel staff.

I chose this hotel because Booking showed it as a 4-star hotel with private parking. Unfortunately, the parking information was misleading. It was not clearly stated that parking had to be reserved directly through the hotel website, and we found this out only on arrival after a long journey. The staff was polite but did not offer a solution, only repeating that it should have been reserved. The room was spacious, but the standard was far below a 4-star hotel. There was no drinking water, no slippers, no toilet brush, the towel warmer did not work, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom door did not close properly, the shower was very small, and there were cleaning issues such as stains, limescale, dust, and a hair on the sofa bed. The sofa bed sheets also had holes. The breakfast was disappointing: limited choice, poor coffee, not fresh pastries, and some low-quality products. The key cards did not work at first, and the Wi-Fi instructions were unclear.

Clean hotel, staff was very polite and helpful. Transportation was close to get to the city. We opted to walk to the city, it was far but a nice safe walk. 2 free drink tickets was appreciated. No coffee or tea provided in the room. The room was very warm when we arrived and when you take out the key and return again you have to wait for it to cool back down again

Good location with a metro station nearby. Clean and specious room with everything I needed (got a kettle at the reception). Great breakfast offering quite the choice; from fruits to cereal. Overall, a good stay without any problems. The bathroom door did not have a lock. It wasn't a big problem but might be awkward for some.

The room had a queen bad and the bathroom had a tub. There is a possibility to leave the luggage after check out. The stuff speaks many languages. The room key often didn’t work so I had to go to the reception twice a day to ask to fix it. The first day WiFi was off.

Because of some circumstances I couldn't check on at the day I booked the hotel, so instead of 3 nights I spent there 1, bur still hotel declined my request and charged me fot 3 days.

There are no chairs in the rooms.

Spacious, comfortable room. Well thought about the faiclities. Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Tram stop just next to the hotel.

Amazing quality for price. we are a student group of 6 and staying here was great it was very clean and they had all the stuff you need in the room but especially the staff was extremely kind and helpful. İ recommend this place for everyone
