The location is nice, in a quiet, central area of the city. The curtains did not cover the window properly (20cm away from the windows) and the room was filled with light at 6am. The AC wasn't working either. Breakfast was ok, below expected for a 4* hotel. Overall, for the price we paid there were better 4* hotel options available.

The location was very good, modern bathroom facilities, and it has a courtyard garden, ready to be used by guests. Check-in process takes way too long. No coffee was provided in the rooms. You cant regulate the AC at all, when asking for help, it was not provided. Very poor quality of mattresses.

The room looked nice and the beds were comfortable. There was a nice outdoor courtyard/smoking area. Upon arrival, the shower didn't drain and quickly overflowed. The listing mentioned including air conditioning, and while there was air conditioning, it didn't cool down much.

Great location, close to the tube and city centre Uncomfortable beds and tough pillows, thin walls, breakfast options are limited. No one cleaned my room during my stay either.

I stayed here four nights in Double room. Most comfortable bed (soft/plush) and pillows, Fridge was a bonus. Nice bathroom. Quite street, but the highlight is the location. Bus 2 minutes and train 4 min away. All of the Attractions of the city is almost 10 -15 min away with the bus and train. On top of that Free rides, I bought a ticket for a week but never had to use it. Food options are close too. All in all an excellent choice is this hotel. Austria needs to have bigger mugs for tea and coffee cuz every hotel I stayed they had small cups in the room. Not everyday the room gets cleaned. Not such a big issue but I like to come to a clean room when im booking a hotel. But I'd definitely book this hotel again. And no Iron in the room

Close to the main station. Patient staff and small garden Far from central Wien and difficult to get to centre. The beds were squeaky and made alot of noise everytime anyone moved

Mattress was not comfortable, staff were absent most of the time, one day the breakfast was not served by 9:30. The desk in the room was not functional, especially the chair.
