For what it is, was fine. Low budget old hotel. Same as previous, for what it represents at the price point, ok to sleep. Old, rundown.

The property is clean and very well located, making it convenient for exploring key iconic sites. For the first night, we were assigned a room that was not fully finished. However, the issue was addressed the following day, and things were remedied.

Overall is a great place, in a nice area. Breakfast was rich. Parking is next to the hotel and they offer a discount for it. Since we had two rooms, I was suprised that one I spent a night in, was not so comfortable as the other one, had shaky shower, was less clean and was more noisy. Maybe ask for the room in the central part of the hotel.

Great location with tram access on our doorstep and metro access very close by. Room was super spacious and clean. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Great location to get around Vienna. The pillows were lumpy and flat didn’t make for a comfortable sleep we had to fold them in half to plump them up. The soap dispensers in the shower and sink barely worked

Nothing I have stayed in many hotels around the world, with varying conditions and prices to suit, but this would have to be the worst hotel ever. You couldnt pay me to stay here. It was so bad that when I got up to my room, the window opened all the way and I had a panic attack about failing out the window. When I went down to reception I asked the attendant if there was any room on a lower floor, and I would pay the difference. This was not an option. There was also another person there complaining about their room, and the conditions, and they stormed off because they couldn't be helped. Furthermore. I was quoted €19 per day parking. For two nights should have been €38 I was charged €39.80, and told this is the new fee. Yet the email I had from the hotel stating €19 per day was only a week old. When I finally decided to go and stay somewhere else. Approx 30 mins after check in. I went to ask for a refund for my parking only. I knew it was not possible to refund the room and I was prepared to wear the cost. But to not be able to refund the parking was a joke. Avoid this place if you can.
