Lovely hotel , good breakfast , excellent location . Glad it has ac in rooms

Nice hotel, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast - a good, simple option for a city stay in Vienna - we'd certainly stay here again.

The room was air conditioned,spacious and soundproof. The breakfast buffet was excellent, a superb range of food, and staff were great and very efficient. There was a supply of flavoured cold water in the reception area, which was very welcomed after a day's sightseeing Everything was fabulous.

Perfect location—all the main attractions are within walking distance. Good breakfast, nice staff.

Size of room. Breakfast options. All hotel staff were excellent. Location to tube station and city centre. No coffee making facilities in room or anywhere in hotel after breakfast had ended.

The property was lovely and clean. Quite basic but had what we needed for a short stay. Prime location We would have loved a kettle & tea/coffee making facility in the room.

I liked that my request for a date change was quickly approved. The location is very good, and the staff is friendly. The comfort and cleanliness were decent. Appreciated a complimentary bottle of water in such heat! Breakfast was a disappointment - on a low side with variety and taste, considering Vienna (!). Also, the initial room offered did not have a requested bed type; had to move to a different one (without a dispute, though). Moreover, hallways were rather rundown.

Very clean, helpful friendly staff, great breakfast (vegans ask for soy yogurt/oat milk, they have in kitchen for you), excellent location. We liked the older decor style mixed with updated bathroom and comfortable bed. Easy to walk to lots of places and good transit nearby. Location was quiet but just off the busier area. Close to a nice grocery store and good restaurants. We liked everything. Keep your expectation for a solid mid range older hotel.

The hotel was located close to metro, shops, restaurants, and sites. The rooms were small but clean, and had everything needed for a quiet stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and a perfect way to start each day. I can’t think of anything I would change!

Breakfast was very good. The walk-in shower was great in terms of size, but water temperature was somewhat inconsistent. Also, it would be nice if the shower had a shelf to put soap, shampoo, etc. on.

The hotel is in a great location, about ten minutes walk from the Cathedral and beside metro and bus stops. We had some queries for the daytime staff and they were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very quiet, comfortable and spacious and the breakfast was very nice also. There are some lovely restaurants nearby eg. 'Top Local' and so many more. We would recommend this hotel. Our room was at the side of the hotel and did lack daylight but on the upside it was very quiet.

The room was very nice, no carpets makes it very practical and cleaner. Breakfast is relatively small but had a nice variety of both savory and sweet (replenished as needed, so less wasteful). Cakes were delicious! The hairdryer is one of those pesky ones you need to keep the on button pressed to make them work, not very practical but i see why they chose this type. Also, the TV is a bit older, it didn't read the files on my usb stick , but i mean...if i really have to look for something i "didn't like"....
