The staff were lovely and the decor was quite quirky. This place is located on the first floor of a large building. On arrival, we couldn't work out where to go and there was no signage inside the building. The room was Ok, but the bathroom was absolutely tiny. The shower was so small that my elbows hit the glass when washing my hair. All of that aside, the greatest disappointment was the breakfast. The breakfast room again was tiny. There were 4 or 5 tables and felt very claustrophobic. On one day, I have to sit sideways as I could pull my chair out without hitting the person sitting behind me. The actual breakfast itself was a joke. All that was there were a few bits and pieces sitting on an old sideboard! Never mind that you had to take turns going to the sideboard as there wasn't enough room for 2 people get things at the same time.

Everything was great, but the staff and the breakfasts were really exceptionnel. The location was perfect, close to the tram line and to the subway. Both are very easy to use. It was a quiet spot. The AC in the room was welcome because of the unusual heat. We spent a whole week and we would happily chose it again if we ever returned to Vienna The bathroom was very small. The duvets were kind of warm for the weather. But not a deal breaker.
