Convenient location, nice clean facility with good air conditioning. During the hottest June in Europe, it was very pleasant to come back with cool air. Front desk staff were very friendly.

Best location , value for money . Staff is very helpful and they guided us nicely .

Kitchen with dish washer. Big bathtub was really good. Also having the coin laundry at the basement. Baby bed was very helpful as well. Nothing.

Location was amazing and the staff was super friendly. The rooms and the facility in general were in excellent condition. Nothing

Very centrally located, and the staff was very helpful

The place was very clean with fresh linen. The bathroom was clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. The 24/7 reception was a big plus—staff were always available and very helpful. I also appreciated having access to a laundry machine. It costs about €3 per use, and you can easily get coins from the reception, which was very convenient. The location is excellent, very central and only about a six minute walk to St. Stephen’s Cathedral. None.

The location is exceptional. We were able to walk to most attractions or easily get transportation to a site. The aparthotel was great, comfortable, nice rooms and it was nice to have a reception desk. I just want to emphasize that the location is close enough to St. Stephens plaza yet far enough to minimize the noise. I feel happy to have found such a great place for our stay in Vienna. We were able to walk to the Mozart concert (3 min walk)! I liked everything.
-
Location, size of the room, service, shower was excellent Toiletries- basically non existent except for a tiny piece of soap, there were tears in the curtains which I would not expect for this sort of property.
-
Great location. Fair price. Nice rooms with comfortable beds.

We really like the location. It was an easy walk to the attractions we wanted to see but just off the Stephensplatz, so it was quiet. Our room was beautiful with a nice kitchen, room service, complimentary coffee, and a friendly and helpful staff.
-

The location waw great, it was convenient & centerally located. At night it was a bit noisy from "partiers" but once we closed the windows it as fine. The breakfast however was far more expensive for what what offered. We felt it was a rip off. It was nosy at night however got better when we closed the windows.
