Room was great , hotel is very well located, but the absolute highlight was the super friendly receptionist Sasha, who welcomed us sooo well, we were never welcomed like that in Vienna, Thanks Sasha, you are fantastic! Loved everything!

I chose this hotel because me and my friend were going to see a show at Raimund Theater and honestly I couldn't have made a better choice. The hotel directly opposes the theatre, so if you are planning a visit there, this is the perfect place to stay. Our room was more spacious than I expected, comfortable and clean, and had everything you need for a short stay. I can't comment on breakfast since we didn't opt for it. Biggest benefit is definitely the location in Mariahilf district, close proximity to Raimund Theater, cafés and public transport (metro) but the hotel in itself is great too. I would recommend it. Only thing I noticed myself were stains on one of the lamps but that's nothing too serious. Everything else was clean. My friend mentioned that room got a bit colder during the night and the AC seemingly had no heating mode. But we still didn't consider this as much of an issue, just an observation.

The room was very spacious, the hotel was in great shape, and breakfast was amazing. It was located in front of a theater, so overall a very nice area to stay The room was too hot, and the thermostat was not working. The shower was not properly designed and would spill water to the floor. The pillows were terrible, they need to be replaced

We really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of options. The location was also excellent and very convenient for getting around the city. Another highlight was the size of the room, it was spacious and comfortable. The pillows were unfortunately quite uncomfortable and could definitely be improved. The towels were also below expectations and felt a bit worn.
