Loved that is was close to the Prater amusement park. Great facilities such as ping pong and pool plus a fitness gym area for my young adult children. Not sure why the kitchen facility wasn’t available on my floor where my room was. Great breakfast for decent price.

Location was excellent and as a solo traveller, it was safe and so close to the train station and a tram stop right outside the door I’ve stayed in The Socal Hub before in another country and loved it and this was exactly as good I did think the service in the restaurant both times I used it was very slow. I sat for ages and no one came near me so had to go get someone’s attention to get a menu and to pay also. Lovely staff but they weren’t coming to any of the tables to check on customers, just always cleaning tables

The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a one-night stay. The amenities in the hotel were plenty (game room, sitting areas, gym, restaurant, etc.) and added a lot of fun to our stay. Also, everything felt very smooth and organised, from check-in to check-out.

It was very well maintained - I loved how thay made every corner of this hotel special! There is even a slide from the ground floor to the under floor where the gym and other activities are! Also, it has a good connection to the airport (train is 5min away by walk) and it takes you directly to the airport! :)
