URBAN ISLAND - Riverside Apartments

Weird sewer like smell in the apartment, loud street noises and there's loud music from some club nearby. Also the location isn't great if u arrive by car, having to carry your luggage for 300m from whatever parking lot you find free.

This place should be delisted from Booking.com. Horrible communication: They do not send the access code automatically; you have to chase them down. They do not reply to Booking.com messages promptly. I had to involve Booking.com customer support and call the property directly just to get in. Broken AC in extreme heat: In 105-degree heat, the air conditioning did not work. The management company failed to fix it during my entire 4-day stay. Heartfelt apologies and boilerplate responses do not help when the room feels like a sauna. If you are looking for a place to stay during the summer, I highly recommend skipping this one.

Perfect 3 bedroom appartments. Good connection to public transport. U4 metro, D Tram. One of the best appartments we visited during all our vacations. Fit well 6 people. AC in every room, was super in the hot days. The team even set them on to cool down the appartment fpr our arrival. All was perfect. The appartment we recived was slightly differene from pictures. It has 3 big bedrooms, and eating area with TV and Kitchen. Perfect actually for our needs.

River view but there was no balconcy as per posted pictures when booking Oven in cooker reported broken when arrived,host acknowledged but it was never fixed.

The AC was not working in the living room. The curtains are not covering the whole windows surface so the sun was really uncomfortable specially in the morning.

AC. The cleaning crew member who helped me track down the unresponsive manager. The property has very poor customer service. I had an issue with check in and tried contacting the property to no avail. I sent them multiple messages by whatsapp and booking and called the provided number but no one responded. I had to spend a very long time outside the building in a 35 degree heat with three kids who were all tired from a long train ride. I am grateful to a cleaning crew member who helped me finally get hold of the manager. The couch had two large stains. The shower was leaking water on the floor.

Very spacious, super clean, next door to a parking garage with reasonable prices.

It was much louder than expected with the metro going right under the building. Parking is a bit away which is okay most of the time but it's a bit annoying for arriving and leaving when you have to bring all your luggage to the apartment, would be nice to have a drop-off area but it's right next to a very busy street. Wished customer service would have been better.

Location we can hear and sometimes actually feel the train/metro passing under us and is near a incinerator and in the morning outside you can gave some bad smell

Cleaning fee of 100 eur is a bit much.

Exceptional facilities Far from the city and the nearest train station is not that near.

We liked it but some people may find the area that is full of graffiti and very industrial as not representing Vienna as they imagine it.

We spent a wonderful 9 days at our 2-bedroom URBI apartment. From cooking utensils, a microwave, stove, crockery and generous bath towels to double comforters on the beds, they thought of everything. The apartment was one-level throughout and very handicapped-friendly to my wheelchair-bound mother. A pretty river view was a bonus, especially when it snowed. There's a Park+Ride about 100 meters from the apartment, so it's convenient if you're driving. It's about 3 km from the city's best shopping streets. For e-hailing, set your location as Das Werk club, near the exit of the P+R as the parallel roads running past the front of URBI confuse drivers. Alternatively, get your pickup across the road. Clean, spacious, and stylishly designed, URBI is value for money and a great holiday base to explore Vienna from. It's also just 300 meters on foot from the train station that had its own convenience store and a couple of food shops. 5 stars from us :) Many Bolt drivers had some difficulty finding the place despite specific instructions on where to pick us up. However, it may be easier to get a ride if you cross the road and wait opposite the apartment.

The apartment was exactly like the pictures! Clean and comfortable! Its near tranist stations They don’t have parking on site.

Perfect place, everything you need is near by, parking, ubahn, market… Host is so kind and answered my questions immediately… Huge recommendation!!!
