The staff was extremely friendly -- we came after taking an overnight train with two exhausted little kids. The staff greeted us with hot chocolate for the children, and we were able to check in early.

Very neat & clean apartment, each and every basic amenities were taken care of. Nothing, everything was perfect

The staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The room was cozy, clean, and well equipped, which made the stay very comfortable. The location felt a bit uncomfortable, as the area is surrounded by immigrant communities and strip clubs, which didn’t feel pleasant to walk around in the evening or at night with children. In addition, the parking at the hotel was very expensive.

Really nice apartment, close to trams and supermarket, not too far from the central station. Easy access to centre and other attractions using the tram. The area was also nice. The apartment was clean, spacious with well equipped kitchen. It would be nice to have some coat pegs and more storage space as there wasn’t really enough space for four people to unpack, even for the few days. The bathroom door could do with a bit more attention cleaning-wise.

Good stay overall, but the room smelled a bit like sewage and the AC was as loud as an old airplane.

The room was clean and well equipped. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The tram station (tram 1) is just 2 min away and it goes right to the city center. There are some grocery store not far away in the area. The underground parking place was ok and you must reserved it in advance.

Everything was excellent! There's everything you need in the appartement, its clean,cosy, modern. The staff is very helpful and kind. The underground parking is a big plus even if the price is a bit high, it's worth it. The tram number 1 that goest to the city center is just around the corner, there are also grocery stores all around. We will certainly be back here for our next visit to Vienna.

Good location close to the bus and tram stops. Big rooms Very uncomfortable mattress on sofa and unbelievably noisy. Also air conditioning is making noise 30 minutes or so. In addition you cannot open windows cause located on noisy road.

It is located in a nice area. Close to tram and mini supermarket. There is a park in front of the hotel. They don’t have a cleaning service in the room. We stayed for 3 days.
