Very nice hotel in the center of Vienna. There is refreshing water with grapefruit and apples at the reception, which refreshes after a long journey and waiting for accommodation. A detail that made you happy. Location in the wider city center. Tram 44 stop in front of the hotel or a 10-minute walk to the U6 metro line station Alser Straße. Parking is either directly at the hotel or you can use the Ottakring P+R parking lot. Great 4* breakfast with a hot and cold buffet including Austrian local specialties such as cheese pretzel and leberkase, There is a grocery store and an artisan bakery right next to the hotel. Perfect price/quality ratio. Glass doors to the bathroom and toilet. I guess I'm too conservative for these fads of the time. There was no toilet brush.

Staff were great; room was clean, spacious and fairly dark at night (crucial for me); decent value overall. The shower hose was too short for the shower head to be positioned above my head (I am not tall). The toilet is in a cramped space that anyone of larger build would definitely find challenging to deal with (I am not large). I got the room directly opposite the elevator and therefore spent a lot of time hearing people having loud conversations right outside my door while they waited.

We had a wonderful stay! The bed was very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, so there was something for everyone. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We would definitely stay here again! it was all perfect
